CEDAR WOOD VILLA NEXT TO RIVER IN 1 ACRE LAND

This is our family summer house, we can visit every year only maybe 2-3 weeks. It has as an amazing energy with a large garden and a very beautiful nature. We love canoeing in the river next to our house. The river is full of life and you can paddle both ways for hours if you like. All woodwork, hardwood floors, windows, blinds, stairs, doors, wardrobes in the house are all made of cedar and it has an amazing natural smell. My Vespa and bicycle are there, so you can use them for going around.

Our villa is located in Demre district of Antalya. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 3 bathrooms. There is a pool and a double jacuzzi in the 7.60x3.20 area. Amenities such as barbeque, patio, outdoor area dining table, music system, okey and backgammon sets, pilates ball and exercise band are provided. Our villa has everything you may need daily. It is 3 km to the sea, 10 km to Üçağız and Kekova and 35 km to Kaş. We are waiting for you and your valued guests.
