Fantastic house and fantastic location, Ben was amazing

This was absolutely stunning. From the exterior of the house to inside. The kids loved it! We did go out but only to get food and check out the local spots otherwise there was lots to do. Chill on the deck watching the kids swim, hot spa, play table tennis, the swings at the back and of course the kids loved the Cubby house. Didnt have to go out to be entertained. Loved it! Kitchen had every possible necessity that you will need.

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. the house is spacious with more than enough room for two families. the view is spectacular with views right across the peninsula and the back beaches and sitting on the deck was an antidepressant, you could sit out there for hours. the house has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Michelle was a great host and always responded to our questions. we were appreciative that Michelle was able to let us check in earlier and check out later upon our request. thanks Michelle for a wonderful stay on the peninsula!

We loved Shaine and Kate’s house in rosebud, they were lovely to deal with, the location was excellent! We also had the pleasure of being able to bring our puppy which made us feel like we were right at home. Only con would be that there was no BBQ available at the property. Thanks Shaine and Kate!

Had a wonderful time here. Jane is a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful during booking, and throughout our stay. The house is magnificent, very comfortable, and all the amenitities as described to make our stay comfortable. The pool and spa was perfect, and water was crystal clear. The balcony was so peaceful to sit out and enjoy a quiet coffee. The kitchen was well equiped for us to cook at home, and although the stove gas pressure was not strong, was complemented by an excellent Weber bbq with side burner on the deck. Of note, for dog owners, the outside is not fully fenced in, which is fine for our indoor dog, but just FYI. Also the spiral stairs to second level are quite steep so we just needed to ensure the top of the stairs was blocked off for our toddler with luggage, but important for those with young kids or elderly. Our group of 10 had a very enjoyable stay and wouldnt hesitate to book again.

was a great open and clean space with great outdoor area for entertaining. Great open kitchen with and dining with multiple lounges and bedrooms. Was very clean and everything was clearly labelled and easy to find. Would book again !!!

Tess was a great host. She was really easy to deal with and made checking in and out so easy for us. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for your stay. It’s a short drive to the Main Street in Rye which made heading to the beach and having a great time over the weekend really easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay and Lisa made us feel right at home. Not only by sharing this delightful, clean and comfy place, but the little touches (surprise goodies in cupboard, fresh milk in fridge) that made us feel super welcome. Thanks Lisa and we can't wait to book again x

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This is my families second time staying in this villa as we love the location and the view is second to none. The villa is perfect for our young children, and there is always so much to do at Ramada resort. We can’t wait to come back.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. We spent a few amazing days at this resort. A cozy place with all basic amenities in place. The swimming pool was definitely the highlight and our kids couldn't get enough of it. The location was also central to all the tourist hot spots. Mathijs, the host, was super responsive and quicky helped us out when we ran low on few items. All in all, it was a wonderful long weekend in a really nice place.

This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

We had the most special time at Debra’s place. It was exactly like the images and had so many extra personable touches which we weren’t expecting but were so grateful to receive. It was a wonderful space to relax in and to have a wholesome time. Highly recommend!

Great little gem right by the beach. Clean and cozy, my children loved it. We will definitely be back.
