Holiday rentals with breakfast in Fes

It's a lovely place in the middle of the Medina . In a very central place within walking distance of one of the two main streets. You can walk from there. The big pieces, comfortable beds, good showers and an amazing terrace. The only thing is that there are two pieces that the bathroom is separated by a curtain. This is very common in Morocco but it may be for some good to know. Incredible experience full recommended.

The housekeeper brought us to the riad and we were shocked how beautiful it was. We felt like kings in this accommodation. Yassine (the housekeeper) was very nice and helpful. He served us breakfast every morning and gave us useful recommendations. The terrace is also a perfect place to start or end your days in Fes!

This is a fantastic house to stay in Fes. It is easily walkable to all attractions but very peaceful and quiet. It is quite close to a driving street which is very useful in Fes for coming and going with luggage. The house itself feels like staying in a museum. It is very beautifully decorated and has amazing original details everywhere. It has been updated for comfort as well with multiple bathrooms on each floor and washer and dryer. Yassin was always available and offers his services as a tour guide if needed. Fes itself is such a great city- filled with history and crafts and great food.

We were a group of 12 friends for an extended weekend at Riad Eleganza and we had a wonderful stay! Abdelatif and Aisha were very attentive and welcomed us as if we were part of their family. A big thank you to them and all the people who welcomed us and guided us in the beautiful city of Fez The Riad is very well located on the edge of the medina and next to all amenities, ideal for an exotic stay!

This is a unique house created with intelligence and love. On the edge of the Fes medina it’s close to the buzz but far enough to be peaceful. We stayed 3 weeks in January with no need for a car. We had full sun and blue skies except for 1 day. We swam in the beautiful big pool everyday ( it was very cold, we are from northern Europe). It was chilly before 10am and after 6pm but the terrace and garden get plenty of sun. The bedrooms are all a generous size. Only 3 are en-suite. The dining room and communal lounge were a squeeze for our party of 9, it would be easier to enjoy the house on warmer days. This is a home not an hotel and more relaxed for it. Sanae the manager of the house is a warm, kind person we had the privilege to meet. She made us soup and prescribed cures for aches and pains. The memory of the beautiful garden, lemon trees, orange trees, olives and cacti will keep us warm for the rest of our winter.

We had an exceptional experience!! Communication was excellent and we loved the Riad. The interior was beautiful and we felt right at home. Located right in the middle of the Medina. 10/10 would recommend!

What a wonderful stay!!! I would recommend Pascal's place to any traveller. we travelled with our 3 little ones, all under 3 and we loved it so much. It was so well located in the Medina and at the same time felt like a peaceful retreat. Lalla Loubna was an excellent governess, from the time we arrived, she arranged for someone to meet us at the parking, was always available when we had questions and made excellent breakfasts for us. the riad itself was very beautifully decorated and made for an excellent stay.

We had an amazing time at Dar Benares, Nabila showed us around and cooked us amazing breakfast every morning. The riad is stunning and in a great location to explore the Medina. We would recommend it to anyone staying in Fes

Halima was an extremely kind and welcoming host. Although I don’t speak much French and she didn’t speak English, we were still able to make great conversation, with the help of Google translate. Her place is right by the old Medina, so all the major sightseeing and shopping is just near by. The new Medina is just a short 5 minute taxi ride away.

The stay was very nice and the location was very good. Only at night it was a bit spooky to walk through the dark alleys as a woman. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Abdo helped us a lot and also took us to the blue gate. The first night we stayed in a somewhat narrow room but the other nights we were able to sleep in a larger room, which was more pleasant. The only suggestions for improvement are a full-length mirror, as the mirror in the bathroom is very small and the mattress has been quite hard, so we could not sleep so well, and there was also that the walls are very clairaudient. Overall, however, it was a nice stay and we thank you for the wonderful time.

Daniel’s place is well located in the New City of Fes. It is decorated in traditional Moroccan style and is well stocked for all needs. It is very spacious and is a perfect place for a family stay.

Amazing exerience ❤️ Go for the cooking class, we all loved it!

It was my best experience in Moroccan. Fátima and her family are lovers, I felt like a part of the family. Traditional Moroccan breakfast, a delight, Fatima is a non-no-filled cook. Very clean and organized house. From the taxi medina 10 minutes, it cost less than 2€ the taxi. Great option to rest after a busy day in the medina. The best wifi I used in Moroccan, I was able to catch up on my work. They took us to the airport for a great price . I hope to return one day.

We enjoyed our stay at Hicham’s beautiful riad. The property was beautifully renovated, ideally located, and an excellent value for the price. Breakfast on the terrace was a wonderful bonus!

We arrived very last minute and were able to check in within an hour. An authentic student shared apartment experience. All very friendly and helpful!

It’s a beautiful place, perfectly located for the medina. Zeeshan has been a perfect host... we were taken care of as a family... much appreciated

We parked in the official car park outside the Medina. This meant a bit of a trek to the Riad and a challenging one for those not so mobile. However once we got our bearings we realised a shorter / easier route. The Riad is characterful if a little dated but....beautifully clean. We were greeted with tea on arrival and provided with location advice for our visit. Breakfast was beautiful and plentiful. We had to cut our Fez trip short and so need to return and will stay here again. The labyrinth of a medina is only a couple of minutes walk away.

I would highly recommend this riad. The location is perfect for visiting Fes on foot. The riad is tastefully decorated, and the staff is very kind and attentive to us.
