The house is very spacious, built around the pool that has excellent heating (the warmest and most pleasant one I've ever entered). The staff of the buffet that can be hired part of the hosting, in addition to being extremely proactive, make wonderful food. I highly recommend it.

Estancia Augustus is an excellent place for you to have moments in harmony and deconcentration with the family. We were in 14 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. We spent an amazing family weekend in this house! A cozy getaway in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, perfect for resting and connecting with nature. The Wi-Fi internet works very well in the main points, such as the main house, barbecue area and swimming pool, which was a great differential. The access was super easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by Bruno, and communication was excellent. Even when we had an electricity problem because of the rain, he was extremely helpful and helped solve everything as quickly as possible. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, with a great variety of utensils. Employees are also worth mentioning: discreet, helpful and always available to help. The place is wonderful. Cristiane helped us a lot during the organization period and on the day, the homemakers were amazing with full support. We hired the service of Lu (homemade) that helped us a lot with the cleaning of the place during the event.

I booked the space to hold an event. The farm is extremely equipped with items for events, very broad, Dona Dalva is extremely friendly and always willing to help. the rooms are also very pleasant, my stay was simply perfect, including my guests were impressed by the fact that the space is so equipped for an event, a little bit on Airbnb that I will surely come back more often, on Saturday we had the event and on Sunday we enjoyed the space as a family and we could be very comfortable. The outdoor area is extremely beautiful and very well taken care of by Mr. Joaquim - o homemeiro - attentive, cordial, careful willing and always very helpful to help us. He is a zealous guardian of the listing. The pool is amazing and heated and it hits the sun all day. It has a small area where children can play safely - under the care of adults - and a larger area for swimming. The outer barbecue is small and the corresponding area tb. In case of light heat your fan despite the cooler weather at night there are no fans in the bedrooms and living room. All impeccable. The space, the host Luisa and, of course, Mr. Joaquim's "giant".

We spent a surprising holiday in Rusticana. The spaces were spotless, we were very well accommodated! With the suites we are much more comfortable and comfortable. The indoors are very spacious.
