Perfect welcome, very nice. Private and secure residence, with private parking space. Perfect location, beautiful view of the beach and the village of Noël, which are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. Very functional and clean apartment.

The ligement is spacious, even better than in the photos. It is a very pretty house with an old part and a large extension, all wood inside so comfortable, remaining cool in summer and warm in winter. It's very original and really beautiful. The garden is very large and perfectly quiet with a beautiful view of the fields and woods, no car traffic and hikes all around the hamlet from the house. The area is full of things to visit ( caves, castles, villages, ...) and hikes all more beautiful than each other in the forest or on the peaks. Agnes and her husband had left us very useful guides and gave us very good advice while remaining very discreet ( living further away). We felt perfectly good and wish we could have had longer. We recommend to all lovers of calm, nature and beautiful landscapes...

New and clean accommodation, in a peaceful area 2 steps from the beach and small shops. Bikes and various equipment for the beach available (paddle, canoe, boards, etc.) is a real plus. The host is very nice, welcoming, available and friendly.

A very charming place, a perfect host. Flawless apartment, very clean, everything we needed available, we didn't want for anything. The pool, the big + to cool off and rest in this beautiful garden. We recommend this place. Thank you Francoise for hosting us. The only small downside, we were very hot for the night.

We stayed as a family with 3 children (9, 7 and 2) for 11 nights at Paul's place. We felt very comfortable there and used it as a base for many activities in the area and on the coast. The apartment is very modernly furnished in the pictures and was nice and clean upon arrival. The air conditioning kept the apartment at a pleasant temperature, although it was continuously over 30 degrees outside. The only small flaw for us was the equipment of the kitchen, but Paul pointed this out to us in advance, so we packed the kitchen utensils we needed. Communication with Paul was very good and he responded quickly to our inquiries and excursion tips. The region is highly recommended with its picturesque places. We were often on the linal markets and to cool off (swim) in the river Orb. Also to the beautiful sandy beaches on the coast it is not too far, 30-40 km depending on the beach

We met a very friendly host who gave us some great tips to make our stay go smoothly. As for the place, it was very clean and really convenient. Its location is ideal a pleasure to have breakfast facing the sea while enjoying the sunrise. The apartment is through and we have not suffered from the heat the air circulates well. The terrace behind the apartment offers us a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees and the sunset a wonder. The apartment is very quiet and we were able to offer ourselves a well-deserved rest. The nights are sweet and quiet. I would recommend this beautiful apartment to 2 or 4. To get to the beach, just go down, cross the road, and the Mediterranean stretches out your arms. Everything is close by no need to take the car. A pleasant and relaxing stay probably we will be back next year to discover the treasures of this beautiful region. Thank you Ludovic

Pleasant stay, apartment close to the beach, and the Christmas village as far as we are concerned ☺️ small, well appointed apartment that offers all the necessary equipment. Perfect spot for a few days in Barcarès. Responsive and very professional host.
