The house on the lake

Villa with direct access to Lake Orta. The villa is immersed in a garden where you can spend a relaxing day on the shores of the most romantic of Italian lakes. Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from the end of May until the beginning of October. It is also ideal as a support point for those who want to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, the Valsesia and many others. House of stone and wood in the greenery

The house, renovated in 2023, is located a short distance from the center of Mergozzo and the lake. On two floors, on the ground floor, it offers a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen and a bathroom. The wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms are located, one double with views of the lake and balcony, the other with a one and a half square bed, that is 120cm and a private entrance at the back. Outside is a large garden area surrounded by the surrounding forest.

The Candy

The apartment is located on the lakefront, in the center of the village, with a wonderful view from the balcony over the Borromean Gulf. We provide our guests with free bicycles (city bikes and mountain bikes, also for children). In the apartment our animal friends are considered special guests and very welcome. In front of the house there are jetties for mooring boats and the beach, where in July for 10 days there is a big party for tourists.

Apartment on the second floor in private house. Quiet with lake view on the balcony. Perfect sunrise ambient. Security parking with remote-controlled gated. Walking with in 15mins to the lake, train station, supermarket, local grocery, restaurants and coffee bar. Well suited place for relaxing, hiking, biking, being, sightseeing of the islands.
