A great place to stay. Clean, comfy with a Dog friendly and secure garden, Close to a dog friendly beach . would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this ground floor apartment. Well laid out, beautifully furnished & spotlessly clean. Look forward to staying again when we come to visit our family in Southwold.

Having stayed in many different properties in Southwold over the years, Vicky’s property stands out as one of the best. Loved being located above the high street and the quality of the accommodation was perfect. Hope to return another time.

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

We had a lovely stay. Judith and Mike were friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. It was great to be so close to both the sea and to restaurants/ cafes. Definitely recommended!

Lovely spacious flat with a mix of modern and vintage furniture and an open working fireplace that gives this home great character and a lovely atmosphere. Very quiet but with the beach and the centre of the town right on your doorstep. Very quick responses to our questions with great communication. Would highly recommend this lovely family owned flat and hope to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Wonderful house in great location. Dunwich and surrounding area is one of our favourite places and this is a perfect house. Very close to the great Ship pub and the sea. House beautifully laid out and decorated. Great to have the two sitting rooms. Lots of room for eight of us. Kitchen really well equipped and lovely to eat in. Views from top front bedrooms over the marches to the sea really wonderful - saw deer and kestrel every day. Great garden for summertime- a bit cold in January! Certainly one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in

A lovely spot for a weekend by the seaside. Walking distance to both the high street and the beach. Plenty of outside space and all the toys in the world for the kids to play with. Will certainly be back!

Absolutely fantastic home, so good that this was our 2nd stay in less then 4 months, has everything you need, for us the proximity to the beach as you can get there in 30 seconds, all the beach accessories needed is available, leave your car on drive while you go hiking . restaurants within walking distance, ,pier about 15 min stroll. Will definitely go back

I came here to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends and family. The house was perfect for the weekend. It’s spacious and in a great location for access to Southwold, which has entertainment for kids and adults alike (beach for kids, brewery for adults!). The kitchen area was great for hosting such a large group (there were 10 of us inc kids). The living room was relaxing with nice large sofas. The host was very helpful and responsive from start to finish, and I would recommend this place if you want to visit Southwold or have somewhere to relax.

This was our 3rd stay at the location because we absolutely love it. Its just a short walk to an amazing beach and is perfect for our little family. 4th stay booked already :)

We had a fabulous stay at the property, it really is such a stunning home. The open plan kitchen is beautiful! The beds were super comfy, the sofas too! Really powerful showers & everywhere was super clean. Thank you so much Emma for your recommendations and great communication. We’d love to return one day.

Our stay at Penny's house was fabulous ! A fantastic situation, so handy for the perfect holiday with the sea and beach right in front of the house , a 5 minute walk to the Pier ( visible from the house) and a one minute walk the other way to the buzzing High Street and pubs. We could park right outside the front door too which was a bonus. Amazing views from the bedrooms/ landing. A standout moment was watching the sunrise over the sea from the bed with a cup of tea! The kitchen was very well equipped to cook from scratch if you want to. Great dog walks on Southwold Common too. I thoroughly recommend staying here and would love to return in the Summer ( need to book early!).

We had a lovely time at Sally’s place for a cosy weekend by the sea . The perfect location to explore Southwold and also enjoy home comforts.

The studio apartment was so lovely and comfortable, spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly want for a relaxing stress free break. All the little extras made it an even more special experience. Plenty of space but still cozy with a well equipped kitchen which had everything I needed & more! Probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at, would love to return to Felixstowe as it is such a quiet relaxing place to unwind. Lots to visit and explore. Thank you Kim.

Had a really lovely stay at Carole’s cottage Garden Annex, was nice and peaceful perfect for my little trip. Really appreciate the croissants and Jams that Carole had left us, was a really nice touch.

Lovely place, very clean and with everything you could need. Very useful having a parking space. Good communication with owner and clear instructions made everything very easy.

This is our second stay at Barry's place and we'd once again highly recommend his flat for a visit to Felixstowe. It has all you need for a relaxing seaside vacation. We came with our 1 and 3 year old children, and had some family in town over as well which Barry kindly let us host. The place has a great sitting room for enjoying time with a larger group.

Great place to stay, suited our needs perfectly. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Extremely clean place even in the backs of cupboards! Difficult to access with a pram as no lift but Jessica had warned me that it's not the most baby-friendly when I had asked. Despite this, my toddler loved the house, we felt safe with him as there was no clutter around. Great big TV and comfy sofa. Everything was perfect.

We have stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints. It is in an ideal location near to all the amenities in Southwold. The apartment is small but well thought out so feels spacious. Kay let us know when the apartment was ready for us to check in early which was helpful. The apartment is good value for money. Overall we would definitely recommend.

We had a great two night stay in Liz’s super two bedroom flat, so perfectly located in the heart of Southwold with great views from every room. The flat was lovely and warm and stylish decor, linen and layout made for a great stay for two couples who enjoyed the selection of delicious treats (and basics) for us to enjoy. We love off season seaside and enjoyed the great eateries and lovely walks nearby Southwold enormously. Would love to visit again sometime🙂
