The surroundings were good, quiet and clean. Room ok laa, the room has lizard ticks and is very smelly (bau hapak carpet). But the toilet very clean, comfortable and got hot water. The receptionist very good communication and friendly 👍 The location is near to LRT sultan ismail.

The house combines various styles inspired by Malaysia, Thailand, and Bali. The hostess is incredibly kind, friendly, and hospitable. She introduced us to a local delicacy, Nasi Lemak Wangl, and recommended a wonderful restaurant downtown. It's a must-try if you get the chance. There's also a fantastic grill shop around the corner, offering tasty and affordable options. The house itself is well-kept and beautifully decorated. The only drawback is the lack of sound isolation. The air-conditioner and water pump can be a bit noisy at midnight. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this accommodation. It's a delightful experience overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this classic Malay home! The house had an authentic, cozy feel that gave us a true taste of local culture. The coffee shop right in front was a perfect spot for a morning pick-me-up. Our hosts went above and beyond to help us, even finding us a bus to Johor Bahru and sharing lots of great local recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience real Malaysian hospitality!

While the shower pressure could be slightly improved, it didn’t detract significantly from the overall experience. Prior to check-in, the host provided clear and detailed instructions, ensuring a smooth arrival and easy access to the property. The shared common spaces were well-maintained and contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this unit for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-equipped stay in a quiet and inviting environment.

Peaceful, secure escape with a smart home setup that makes everything easy. The space is beautifully designed with modern furnishings (aesthetic) and plenty of natural light. It’s fully equipped facilities, including a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchen with BBQ gas grill. Perfect for a quiet and comfortable stay.

It was a pleasure staying at Sadiah's. Her place was really cozy and had everything we needed, even a dryer. She provided snacks and was really kind to stock up when we finished them. Definitely worth the value. Would recommend to others too.

The stay was great just that it’s a bit noisy because it’s close to highway and also train track. But other then that it’s all good

Overall, the room is exactly as described—small, but great if you don’t plan to spend the whole day inside. There is an additional internal door that connects to another room, meaning the guests next door could potentially access ours. In the first room we were assigned, this door didn’t have a lock, so we asked to switch. After changing rooms, everything was fine. During our three-night stay, there was a lot of noise from cars and motorcycles during the night—it was actually louder at night than during the day. We slept poorly due to the noise. I’d recommend requesting a room away from the street. Other than that, everything was fine.
