Very happy with my stay. Just what I needed. All services (water, electricity, gas) were never missing. They also offer cleanliness and it was great. Very close to the shopping areas of Margarita. The building is in very good condition and functional elevators. The building's employees are very friendly. I would come back without hesitation. Also the view of the sea is beautiful.

This place has a beautiful view. Very nice apartment tidy and clean. It has everything you need. It has its own underground garage which comes in very handy. The location is also perfect as you not only have access to a Beach right In front… but also nearby restaurants. The best ones in Margarita. Access to the Building is super convenient from main avenues in the area. It’s the perfect spot to Stay in Margarita for social nights like dining. And then central to all the best Beaches on the island. The pool is also very nice, only used it once as I only wanted to spend time in the Beaches. Definitely worth your visit

A warm place, with everything you need, I felt at home, beautiful ocean view, past the street has the beach, in general the best is the location, at feet several options of restaurants, pharmacy and Downtown Beach Club.

I am so thankful to Gladimar and Yenedy. They are excellent hosts, always attentive and willing to support the guest. The apartment matches the published photos, it is very comfortable and perfect for spending a few days on a family vacation. The building is well preserved, has a very good pool and is close to everything to walk. I would definitely repeat this experience and recommend it 100%

Daniel has a property in a good location, which is agreed upon as expected. The ease of being able to board boats from the comfort of home is unparalleled. The development has good security and is a very nice neighborhood. The most important thing about this trip was Daniel's flexibility with the schedules and suggestions for extra amenities we requested for our stay. I'm sure we'll be back!!

Ivonne is an excellent super host , the apartment is impeccable and organized as the photos and description , with everything you need , the residence is very quiet , private and with a lot of security. We felt very comfortable , just like at home. It is centrally located where you can get from restaurants , beaches and night spots to get out. We went with our dog and Ivonne definitely accepts us with open arms. We will definitely be back , 1000% Recommended.

An excellent option if you go to Lecherias, simple but with everything you need for a quiet stay. Close to shopping malls, farmatodo, service stations, ferry terminal. Recommended.

Beautiful accommodation, an apartment in impeccable condition and with absolutely everything working perfectly. Everything clean, well equipped kitchen, bathrooms conditioned with towels (for beach and for fresh water, excellent detail), soap, toilet paper, in short, everything is super good. Liliana is a hostess available 24/7 and has her two collaborators, Nerys and Jorge, who are the most charming and willing people in the world. Highly recommend the place to the entire Airbnb community.
