A very nice apartment, just as shown in the photos. Manu is very friendly and ready to answer any questions. The house is on the second floor, and you get there by stairs. In our case there was no problem, but keep it in mind if you have mobility issues. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, right in the center, close to everything, we loved the balcony to enjoy when the sun goes down, the only thing missing is air conditioning in the living room because it was quite hot, the rest has every decorative detail that makes it a place of peace and tranquility, so we will surely return

The place was comfortable for me. Mauro is super attentive, he gave us useful recommendations and guided us on everything we asked of him. We were able to store our bikes in the carport and the place is super safe (Federation is). It is really close to the Thermal Complex and the gastronomic center of the city, in a super quiet neighborhood.

The Dpto is beautiful, comfortable and super clean, it is very well located and also very safe, I would definitely book again.
