Holiday rentals with lake access in Favrskov Municipality

The communication with Maria and Morten went smoothly, they were always easily accessible. Check-in was relatively easy with a key box. The house is nicely spacious and has everything you need, especially the kitchen is to be highlighted, very modern and well equipped! Children's toys are available, in the garden there are some trampoline, swings and more for the children to discover. Not far away is a large playground. For the summer there is even a large pool nearby for free use. Overall, we enjoyed staying with Maria and Morten very much, but you should keep in mind that it is a summer house, in winter or spring it gets relatively cool on nights, then you have to heat the fireplace neatly. In terms of cleanliness, there would have to be a little better here and there. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to illness, whereby Maria and Morten kindly accommodated us. I'm sure we'll be back.

Super cool and lovely house, central with a few minutes to Aarhus. Everything worked perfectly in the house, and Rasmus was easy to reach.

Sara’s place was clean,tidy and everything we needed for our stay with an infant and child. The kids had fun playing with the toys and the trampoline outside and Sara was kind enough to provide towels and linens for us since we were coming from overseas. Quiet street and friendly neighbors.

Great house and garden Charming house that had everything we as a family needed and a big and great garden. By car we easily got around Aarhus and areas around. Check-in and checkout was easy and straightforward and communication with host was great. Definitely recommend this house.

It is 100% recommended place where to stay. Really nice and have all, what is needed to feel like home. Perfect place! :-)

This was the second time we stayed at Rikke’s place, and it was just as lovely as the last time! I would still highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Aarhus and doesn’t mind staying a little bit outside of the City center☺️

We had a wonderful holiday at Jakobs house. It‘s a cosy apartment with all you need to feel like home. There‘s a nice beach 30 minutes by foot and it‘s easy to get to Århus by train and to other beautiful destinations. And our daughter enjoyed the playground in front of the house a lot.

I booked this place for my 3 boys for Christmas. Irma was friendly and quick to respond, and it was easy to get the key from her boyfriend in the same building. The apartment was clean and tidy and everything worked as it should. It's probably best for two people - not three. But for me who wanted to be close to my family in the city, it was a perfect solution.

We enjoyed our stay with Bente and Ingo. Super nice and helpful hosts and spacious home with everything your heart desires. We had breakfast in the gazebo at the bottom of the garden with beautiful views of the creek and their fine garden. Silkeborg itself is a gem where we bathed from both of the two bathing establishments in Almindsø and in two other lakes - great experiences all places. We can also recommend the lunch buffet at café Ørnsø where you can sit outside overlooking Ørnsø. All in all, the most wonderful days in Silkeborg. Kind regards, Helle and Alistair

Really nice place. huge recommendation, the place was neat, clean and tidy. Inger was welcoming and stood ready when we arrived. The apartment was nice and the place itself was nice it was all plain and an extra + for horse pens there were horses right outside the window.

I just needed the apartment for an overnight stay, but if you had to vacation there, it was very nice for that. There was a good made bed and towels, as well as soaps in the bathroom. There is probably also one of the best views you can get in Viborg and a good walk from the city center. Should I stay in Viborg again, I will check if Birgit's apartment is available.

Jakob's apartment is highly recommended. Excellent!

Perfect location for everything in Aarhus C. Located in quiet surroundings and the apartment is really charming, clean and lovely to stay in. Patrick provides clear instructions and is easy to reach. I'd love to come again.

My wife and I have had a lovely two-week stay at Vibeke’s place! She’s a good host: formal, responsive and pro-active in communication when needed. Upon arrival, we found the place as descripted. Tidy and clean and plenty of kitchen- and householdutilities, both for inside and oudside the house. The check-in procedure went smoothy and was easy to follow. The beds and pillows are very soft, a bit too soft for our taste. The place has plenty of privacy, because there are no other houses in the immediate area (within 50 meters) and they are shielded with bushes and trees. The place is surrounded by a lot of nature, great for hiking and running! There is a major supermarket within 10 minutes by car and there are many cities and tourist-/ sightseeingspots within 30 minutes by car. There are a lot of fun things to do in the area! This place is very recommended! Located in a lot of nature and it comes with a lot of householdsupplies and -utilities, which made our stay very enjoyable!

I can't complain about anything. Christophe's house is just incredibly cozy and there are lots of things to do around. Christophe himself is a very nice and helpful person who is always available and offers help. Even though I was new to AirBnB, he put his trust in me and I can enjoy our long-term stay in Denmark with my family!

We had a wonderful autumn vacation at the cottage with annex. The area is beautiful in the autumn. The cottage is easy to heat and minimalist but complete. The beds are good and everything is hey fresh and clean. We had a little problem with the shower and that was solved the same dates! In 20 minutes you are in Aarhus and other attractions are also close by and easy to drive to. Shops are 7 mins away. Very nice place!

My family and I had an amazing week at Jakob and Katrine's cabins. The place is truly a gem, it is privately located between Mark and creek with a 180 degree north facing view of the ocean. There is access to the water through the garden. The beach is quiet with few guests. The water is clean and my kids at 3 and 6 loved bathing and finding rocks and beach shells. One cabin, the oldest closest to the water, has a nice bedroom, as well as a loft with two mattresses. There is also a dining room, kitchen and terrace with sea view. The newer cabin that is nicely located by the creek, has a nice family room with a double bed. The cabin also has the cabin's toilet and shower. Everything is incredibly tastefully decorated with great solutions. We enjoyed using the outdoor gas burner and the fire pit in the garden. Jakob was easy to reach by text when we had questions, and the tone was always helpful and pleasant. We look forward to coming back another time!

We had a lovely stay at this vacation home. The peace and space were very pleasant. A beautiful environment and lots of fun activities can do. The round around the nearby lake is nice for hiking, we were able to paddle and there are many nice and quiet beaches nearby. We also enjoyed visiting Viborg and Aalborg and the Aqua park in Silkeborg is also very nice with young children. On the last night we discovered how tasty the pizzas of the campsite across the road.

3 wonderful days with my family in beautiful and quiet surroundings. Day trips by car to Silkeborg and Aarhus, where we took a route on Himmelbjerget and visited Aros. Cozy mornings and evenings in the lovely countryside home with games, tea, and candles. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try the wilderness bath, which was right out on the terrace.
