Spacious accommodation both internally and with regard to outdoor spaces. Great location a stone's throw from the beach and the center, in fact, our car remained in the very comfortable parking space since everything is at your fingertips and within walking distance. Mr. Alessio was very nice, welcoming and helpful.

Lovely rustic place close to everything Scopello had to offer. It was quiet with plenty of parking space and lovely views from the balcony.

We spent one night here. Guiseppe welcomed us warmly and explained everything. He also gave us tips for the area, really great! The apartment is a little older, but everything worked and it was clean. For breakfast, we were even provided with milk and other "sweet" things. By car, you can reach the city in about 10 minutes and the Salzmühle can also be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

A very nice place. Relaxing. Where you feel comfortable and at home. In the house we found everything you need. In the kitchen there is even everything to cook. And there is also a dishwasher. The two terraces are great for relaxing. The location is quiet and in a scenic environment. You can see mountains and the sea, just great! We always had breakfast in the cafe diagonally opposite and opportunities to shop, eat, beaches, harbor are within about 10 minutes drive available. In San Vito you will find a beautiful city beach with water crystal clear and wonderfully turquoise. In Macari there are several swimming coves in the middle of nature with also such beautiful beach and water. Hosts are super nice and accommodating. Clean and comfortable house on one of the most charming and beautiful streets in town. Restaurants, bars, cafés and the beach are all super close and walkable. Check-in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend

A place full of charms, warm with a beautiful view. The accommodation is well placed, because it allows you to reach the emblematic places very quickly. Everything is in line with a wellness stay; to make: “It feels like home.” The host is welcoming, respectful, always available and very good tips. I recommend it without a second thought, if one day we have to go back, it will be no problem at Anna's place.

This was a great stay if you’d like to be a bit removed from a busy tourist area on the island. It’s essential to have a car to stay here and it’s in a great location to come incredible beaches. The place is well set up to enjoy dining outside and having a swim in the pool to start or end your days. The rooms are spacious and well set up for us during our stay as 4 adults. Sadly, we didn’t realise there was an extra charge for the jacuzzi and would have loved to have known this and been able to use this. Just worth noting to anyone else who liked to have this amenity! We were also unsure how to use the BBQ and would suggest getting a tutorial if you’d like to use this during your stay. All in all was a lovely stay and would recommend

Absolutely unique, exceptional home: the view is outstanding and the house is a work of art where everything looks straight out of a design magazine. We had a great stay with our two kids (aged 5 & 7). Even in winter the weather was great and the house very much enjoyable. Very thoughtful host who had already stocked the pantry and the fridge with Sicilian food and even prepaired gifts and toys for our kids. To nitpick : some elements of the house prioritize aesthetics over practicality (the shower, for example).

Our first visit to Sicily was unforgettable, and staying at Lucio’s place made it even more special. The Castellammare/Scopello area, where the property is located, quickly became one of our favorite destinations. We stayed in three other Airbnbs during our trip, but Lucio and Valerio’s warmth, generosity, and hospitality set this one apart. I’ve always dreamed of having a home in Italy like Lucio’s, and staying here felt like that dream had come to life. The house itself is beautiful, with ample outdoor space, immaculately clean, and incredibly peaceful. Leaving the property to explore the area was almost difficult; I could have spent all day on the patio, savoring fresh tomatoes from the vine or relaxing by the pool under the Sicilian sun. Great location, nice pool, clean accommodation, very beautiful new, A/C, beautiful terrace overlooking the lagoon. Perfect for a family with children, safe space and kitesurfing school at the top! Next time we will rent longer to enjoy more.

I stayed here with 6 others for a friends birthday. The villa is so beautiful and was spotless. Simona and her son was so helpful, rung us when we got there to explain check in, let us check in early and also sent someone out late that night to look at a problem we had. They helped with recommendations and looked to get us a chef after requesting suggestions. The stay was soo worth the money and I would 100% recommend staying here!

Wonderful villa, beautiful indoors and outdoors, nicely furnished, equipped with everything you could need, super clean, spacious and peaceful. Good size swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers to hang out and watch the beautiful mountains. Loved the outdoor kitchen with good size bbq. Great base to explore the northwest and west of Sicily. Castellammare del Golfo has many great restaurants (don’t mis La Tonnara) and is a beautiful town. We also loved our hike in Monte Cofano. Communication with Nicole was excellent, pro-active, friendly and fast responding throughout our stay. Extremely good value for money, we stayed in more expensive places in Sicily that were nowhere near as nice. We would certainly come back

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa's Villa in San Vito Lo Capo. We highly appreciated the generous quantity of essentials, breakfast, coffee, tee (and Nutella which made the Kids very happy :) ! ), olive oil, high quality towels etc.

Great place..apartment has everything what you need..and is also beautiful. Sea and beaches are amazing..thank you for this experience..

We had a great stay at the house. It is very clean and has a very large and nice terrace with nice views. We will be happy to come back!

Spacious and classic home! Located in a quiet spot in town. Has a great patio garden in the back. Close to the water and only a 5 min drive to the kitesurf beaches and shops. The host was super communicative and kind and quick to offer assistance. We had a fantastic time there and would gladly return! Know that the airconditioning is available for the bedrooms, but not for the living room and kitchen. We didn't mind, but it could get hot in the summer.

We had a fantastic time staying with Claudio. Claudio is a really kind and attentive host! He took us to dinner at a nearby restaurant one night and even came to find us when we were walking to Castellamare to drive us the rest of the way, without us asking him to! The house is lovely - you can hear the sea from the patio and it is just on your doorstep, the cats are so cute, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Highly recommend. In particular, would recommend zingaro national park - only 30 mins on the bikes

Not only was the place perfect for us and Erice is really picturesque but Elena is undoubtedly the best host in Italy. She even showed us around Trapani. Definitely, a strong recommendation. Thanks again Elena.

Lovely little house in Sicilian nature Very well located in scopello near beach and shops (you still have to travel by car) We had a great time with our kids in a quiet area and close to many beaches

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment, downtown but isolated from confusion, very quiet. A plus is definitely given by the two balconies, the smaller one on the floor, perfect for breakfast, and the one on the roof, panoramic and perfect for relaxation, with two great deck chairs and shade and sun areas. The only small defect is the lack of a sofa, when in the evening you watch the TV or want to read, you have to be on the chairs (but we were at the end of October with the day now short, in summer the balconies are fine). Excellent communication with Paola, who gave us all the useful information, and with Life she welcomed us on the island
