Holiday rentals with lake access in Farmers Branch

My family and I really enjoyed this spacious home, there were lots of amenities, and all of us were very comfortable and felt at home! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beds, blankets and pillows for everyone! The driveway was huge and fit all of our vehicles! The location was great it was about a 20-30 min drive to most of the tourist hotspots.

The stay was absolutely a great experience! Kelvin communicated well, the house was beautiful clean, we spent hours playing ping pong and on the game table ! That was such a nice touch! Will definitely be back to stay again! Thank you so much! 😊

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! When we arrived, we were so happy and relieved to walk in to a beautiful comfortable clean home! The amenities were such a treat; the game room, an elaborate coffee station, pool, hot tub, and amazing showers. We had planned several activities while we were there, but due to the weather, we had to stay in for most of our stay. The change in plans was not a problem at all though. We really enjoyed ourselves while we were stuck inside, lounging on the big comfortable couch, playing video games and air hockey, and enjoying the peaceful feel of the place. The host was also very responsive and very quick each time we reached out. I highly recommend this stay!

The Colony is a hidden gem in the DFW area. The house is close to Lake Lewisville. You can see if from the backyard. The pool in the backyard was beautiful, it was December when we stayed, so we didn't swim, but it looks like a fun time during the summer. The kitchen had beautiful appliances and all the tools you need to cook for a crowd! I was happy to see a Keurig there and they had K-cups there for us! Also had a bottle of wine waiting for us too! The master bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous and spacious. Love the private door to the backyard from the master suite! The other 2 rooms where perfect for our kids. The living room had 2 full size couches w/ a big TV! The house was in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Felt safe in the neighborhood! We were only a 20 minute drive to shopping and eating of all sorts! and a grocery store was less than 5 minutes from the house!

We had the best time! The home is beautiful and the lake view was so pretty and peaceful! This location is so convenient! We came in town for a football tournament and went to Six flags (20 min away), downtown Dallas (35 min away) and plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby! Thanks for having us!

Great Stay. Everything was as described and clean upon arrival. Spring was very responsive although we didn’t need to reach out for anything. Clear instructions. Very comfortable place. Perfect access to major freeways of going into Arlington, Dallas or Ft. Worth. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, with every surface spotless and well-maintained. It felt incredibly comfortable, with cozy furnishings that made it easy to relax and unwind. The space also had a warm, homey vibe, complete with thoughtful decor and little touches that made it feel welcoming and inviting. The stay was also quiet and peaceful!

The location is PERFECT! It is equidistant from Dallas, Fort Worth, and Denton. They have a gym, pool, and hot tub too! Host is very responsive and called to help me find where I was going. Self check in was helpful along with the fact parking was in the same building.

I had a wonderful stay! Communication with Trent was excellent. He was responsive and quick to answer any questions. The directions to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. I especially appreciated how quiet the apartment was, making it perfect for relaxation. The view from both the living room and bedroom was beautiful, and the location was great—close to great restaurants and being able to walk around Lake Carolyn in the mornings, which enjoyed. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed, making my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing stay! We were booked for a little over a month! We loved everything about this home! The view was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was perfectly decorated! We felt the house was very private and quiet. The hosts were super friendly and communicative! This property has been one of our favorites! Do yourself a favor and book this place immediately!

The house was a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay in a calm lakeside environment. The guide Brandon provided for check-in/check-out, house rules, amenities, and activities nearby was clear and concise. Overall, it was a nice place to getaway for the weekend!

Comfortable stay in Norelkis's modest cottage house. The air conditioner worked well to keep the house cool through some of the hottest Texas days we have visited. The bed was comfortable and the place is quiet so we slept well. It's well-stocked with clean towels, soaps, disposable items (tissues, paper towels, ziploc bags, etc.). Super-clean with new pots, pans, and nice dishes. The tv worked well. We enjoyed quiet and a little cooler mornings sitting outside in the backyard patio. We also liked walking from the cottage to Lewisville lake early and late in the day. It is homey and it is a much older property. The old claw foot tub is charming with tall sides to step in and out of. I even made use of some good deep water soaks in it!

Felt like home away from home, great lakeside amenities, and very cozy. Full kitchen allows for home cooked meals. And spacious backyard allows for great views of the lake!

We absolutely LOVED this space! John was a great host and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay! They even made sure to get the hot tub heated and ready for us to relax in after a busy day! We were able to walk a short distance to downtown Grapevine on the days the weather was nice! The VFW was only a block or so away and we enjoyed the camaraderie there! Will definitely use this Airbnb again when we visit!
