Loved the place very convenient to everything and the city. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed , just wish there was air conditioning it was very humid . Sofia always responded very quickly when we had a question and we would definitely come back . I give this 5 stars 💗

Great place right on the edge of the center of town, very walkable and great views from the balcony! Highly recommend staying here, Gigi is very responsive and helpful with every need.

This accommodation was excellent! So conveniently located in town, walkable to everything and parking garage right next door! The host, Marlene, was awesome! Quick to respond to emails and requests and so friendly. She made me feel right at home. The apartment was private, with all the amenities listed. Occasional street traffic could be heard, but, you're in a city, that can't be helped. I can't wait to return!!

Luis was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He left a lot of information regarding activities and local restaurants. He deserves top marks as a host. The apartment is lovely. It has lots of space, great lighting and absolutely everything you will need for a great stay. The off road parking is a huge bonus. We had a lovely stay at this apartment and would return in a heartbeat.

absolutely amazing place, very spacious apartment, fully equipped, fast internet for work. there is a lot of space for parking around. and Patricia is very nice, has left all staff for cleaning, including capsules for washing machine etc, and also some sweets. hope to come back once again

It was a pleasure to have Joao greet us upon arrival and familiarize us to everything in the apartment and gave suggestions for local restaurants and directions for site seeing. The apartment is very easy to access with a car, with easy access to the main roads for site seeing around the island. Old town is walkable, however Joao introduced us to the PDL Mini bus app and service. Communication was wonderful! Joao followed up to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed, and answered any questions. This is the best stocked apartment I have had the pleasure to stay in. It was easy to feel at home, good internet service, and the unwritten rule is you can use what is there, and leave what you don’t need. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

I would highly recommend this appartement! At the center of the island to discover it's beauty in a qualitative accomodation. We felt immediately at home! The thick walls help to blocks the heat, you can sleep with the windows open at night. We loved the personal huge balcon/terrace with view on the beautiful garden and walking distance to the supermarket till 23 o clock and tot the city center. Thanks Luis!

The apartment is really great! It's right in the historic city centre with a lot of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. There is also a free parking in the garage of the building. Everything is new with a very high standard. The two rooms are very spacious and have separate bathrooms. The highlight is the beautiful terrace with a nice view over the city and the sea.

Manuela was there to greet us and show us around. She answered our questions and had local restaurant recommendations. ( Cais 20 was my favorites and within walking distance ) There also is another restaurant nearby Jardim do Mar, with a small play area for kids. The house was exactly as depicted and clean. The view of the water is amazing. This location is close to downtown and night life. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

The beautiful Airbnb we've ever been to! The view of the sea is stunning. Mosteiros is an ancient, hearty village!

The house was very nice with all the necessary amenities. It was nice to have humidifiers that we can use and keep the house comfortable. Dirk had left on the kitchen counter a bottle of wine, cheese and bread. We thought it was a very nice welcome gesture. Plenty of towels, and bathroom supplies for our week stay. The exterior patio with a grill and a combo washer/dryer was perfect. We were out exploring this amazing island and return at night. We cooked half of the time at the house and the kitchen had all the minimum equipment to cook super. We love our stay at Dirk’s house.

This place was great! It was walkable to the main square with lots of restaurants along the way and in walking distance. The place was spacious for 5 adults and 1 child. The bathrooms were clean and big. We had some issues using the dryer of the washer/dryer- host was responsive- but it did not work well so we used drying rack. Kitchen had all amenities. Of note, there are 10-12 stairs in the entry way and stairs to the second floor. Host was great about sending us things to do in the area. Great location!

It was our first real family vacation and I don't think we could have chosen better. The house is great for families or couples with kids. The super comfortable beds, large spaces and the house was designed for children. Allied to this a 5-Star hostess. Super accessible, always available and very friendly! I'll be back for sure!🙏🏼

The locality is quiet and walkable into Ponta Delgada. we will definitely be staying at Conceiçao's appartment again.

Spacious and quite well located house, close to airport and downtown. The house has all the equipment so that we can have a stay with everything we will need (from dishes to dryer). Afonso was always impeccable and was always available to help us with anything that was missing. Repeating on an upcoming trip to the island.

Had a lovey stay. Condo is spacious, and very comfortable. Balcony is amazing. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We felt very at home, and truly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to many great restaurants and to coastal walkway. Definitely recommend 😊

Very good experience in this apartment with a modern design and care. Spacious, clean, comfortable and with everything you need to spend the time you need. The shower worked great. Overall, all the details were very taken care of. To note that the bed was spacious and very comfortable. I had two wonderful terraces that in summer they are sure to be very nice. Also the apartment was in a very good area, quiet and five minutes walk from public parking. Although the flat has a washing machine and dishwasher, you have to pay 1€ for each washing tablet, so I recommend taking any if you are going to have to use these services.
