Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fairview

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for our group and accommodated our party comfortably. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, whether we were relaxing in the living area or enjoying meals at the dining table. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was also communicative and made check-in super easy. Highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling with a group!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sergey's place! The location was only a 10 minute Uber to the River Arts District, and less than 15 to downtown. The house was exactly as pictured- clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

So easy to load in and out and great views from the deck. The house was exactly as described and plenty of space for two families to gather! Parking was easy and Katie was proactive with her communication and very knowledgeable about the area!

We had a great stay here for our girls weekend! The place was spacious and very clean as well as centrally located. They also have a great collection of books, if you find yourself with some down time :)

They are supper great host, I put it the wrong date. They generositly allow me to live the second day which is the day I actually arrived for no charge. They communicates supper fast and welcoming! Definitely great choice if you planning on visit here to see the Pretty Place chapel. NC is such a beautiful place, and their house is this private and quiet place to fully experience NC’s beauty.

We had a wonderful stay- the house was extremely clean, neat, cozy, and had every amenity we could have asked for. Sara is a wonderful host and proactively checked in to make sure that we were happy and had everything we needed. The location is a short distance from all that Hendersonville has to offer, and with myriad stores within a couple of blocks. Thanks again Sara!

This was my second time staying at Phil’s place and it’s everything he says it is. In addition the beds are comfortable, the shower awesome. The kitchen is well appointed and the place is cozy. It’s a special place to retreat.

The place is definitely beautiful and has everything you need for a good stay, I really liked that everything looked super clean and tidy. I recommend it, also Bethany is very attentive to solve anything!

The house was perfect for our quick weeeknd trip and charming as pictured. April sent us clear instructions on exactly how to get to the entrance and where to park. Perfect location and plenty of options to enjoy the area. We will be sure to look for availability here for our next trip to Asheville!

This was one of our best, if not THE best Airbnb experiences. The downstairs home was cozy and welcoming with plenty of privacy. It is within walking distance of many cute restaurants but is very quiet and peaceful. James’s place had everything we needed and is located so conveniently to all things Asheville. We loved it and will most definitely be staying here again. This one is a jewel!

We loved staying at Jennifer’s place. It was perfectly clean, quiet, and spacious. Numerous amenities and we felt right at home. The location is excellent and in a walkable neighborhood. Jennifer was so nice and communication was great. Highly recommend!!!

Michele was a most gracious host for a most delightful apartment. Everything was obviously prepared with a great amount of care and empathy. From the earplugs and white noise machine (which were not needed) on the nightstand, to the eggs courtesy of her sweet chickens. The kitchen was airy and very well-appointed. Included were dinnerware for kids and very high quality cookware. Our kids were delighted by the bunk beds, puppets, toys, games and beautiful books. Such thoughtful touches. We had such a wonderful stay that we hated to leave.

Donna’s condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Extremely clean! Definitely the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed in. And had everything that you would need during your stay from a sound machine in the bedroom to little shampoo and conditioner toiletries in the bathroom. She even had snacks and drinks ready for our kiddos when we arrived which was a very thoughtful touch! The location is very close to everything in Hendersonville downtown and hiking trails. Definitely would stay at Donna’s place again when we come back to Hendersonville!

What a great condo in a great location. Fantastic nearby restaurants (walkable) and breweries. The condo was very nicely done, quiet, and well furnished. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Kelli was very responsive to any communication I had. Thank you!

My wife and I spent a few days at Josyln's place during New Years week 2024. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to all of the downtown Asheville restaurants, theaters, etc. that we wanted to visit. The condo has private parking and the building is secure and safe. Though the building is adjacent to the highway, the condo is very quiet. The bedroom is facing away from the highway. We would definitely stay at Joslyn's again. It is perfect for a couple needing to get away for a few days.

Felt like home away from home with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to downtown Asheville.

Rory’s place is such an amazing hidden gem. The apartment is fantastic and we absolutely loved the location. We also felt very secure and safe in the area. Everything you could need, Rory’s place had it. This is somewhere I’d love to stay, everytime I visit Asheville.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Took a family trip to Asheville for NYE and it was very convenient to everything. Really enjoyed our time there.

The home is great. While it's close to everything, it's tucked off of a major highway far enough back that you barely hear the traffic. The home is spacious and furnished just right. The bed was comfortable and the shower head for the bath connected to the king bed room was amazing (no water restriction like most modern shower heads have). The floors in the home feel like they slope in different areas. Walking into the kitchen feels like going uphill, and walking into the bedroom area feels like going down hill. The first day was the worst for me -- I almost toppled over in the shower because of the sensation -- but I got used to it after then. My neighbor upstairs -- not sure if they were also a vacationer or a local -- was very quiet and all I ever heard from them was floors creaking as they walked around. All in all a very nice stay, and I would come back again.
