Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fairland

The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

Tyler’s home was exactly what we were looking for in our weekend for my parents funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. We really enjoyed all the games and toys and books that made the home cozy and comfortable. With our entire family in town flying in from all over the country for the long weekend we needed a home in Arlington to see to the various events scheduled in DC.

This is the second year that we’ve stayed and I have nothing but good things to say about the property and the hosts. Always great experience, house is always spotless, the hosts are always responsive and the location for us was perfect. Thank you!

Fantastic home , very walkable. My children 7 and 15 really enjoyed staying in this home. Everything was so updated and spotless clean. My family had a fantastic time in DC walking everywhere from here. Nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook a family dinner with the kids. We had fresh coffee in the morning and really enjoyed the fireplace in this winter. Will definitely come back in the summer. Thank you.

Spacious, conveniently located house with beautiful views of the South River. Nicely furnished with antiques. Gracious and responsive host. As others have noted, stairs to second floor are steep and not suited to those with mobility issues.

Jermaine’s place was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do no justice, the area is quiet, and neighbors are very friendly. The home was very clean . Anytime I visit Baltimore, I’m definitely checking to see if his place is available. My family and myself felt very safe during our stay.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is stocked. The only need is a window treatment in the first floor bathroom. Kate was super responsive when we reached out.

A clean, quiet, space. There is a nice desk and chair. The bed was comfortable. Ruth provided a few extra kitchen items I needed. She and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

Trish is a SUPER host. She was so accommodating and helpful to us during our stay. She went above and beyond expectations and we had the sincere pleasure of meeting her and her beautiful English Spaniels on several occasions. She made local recommendations and had the place set up with breakfast for us, which was invaluable due to an arrival near midnight and an early morning appointment. She offered us all sorts of information and advice and we felt like fast friends within a very short time. One of the nicest hosts we have yet to encounter. A great stay all around!

Sarah’s place is at the heart of Logan circle and yet feels quiet and tucked away. Sarah helped me get a parking pass and was kind and responsive. I highly recommend this great property for your next DC stay!

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

One of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed at! It’s in a wonderful spot. Plenty of kids and families walking around. Parking on the street was very manageable. It is very comfy and felt like home for us. It had so many amenities and was literally squeaky clean. What a perfect place to unwind after a day in the city! We will definitely be back.

Our stay with Heather was wonderful and fully met our expectations. Heather's house is centrally located, stylishly furnished, and our private room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Aman and Krista’s home is well appointed, immaculately clean and excellent location. Communication pre-arrival was courteous, timely and very informative. Check-in was a breeze. When we needed an extra item for the kitchen, Aman delivered it pre-arrival along with space heaters for our extra comfort due to very cold outdoor temperatures that week. Location of the home is extra convenient if you are touring DC area. Most days it was a 10-15 minute ride into DC and many restaurants and grocers located around for your convenience. The yard is very spacious with a nice sunroom on the back of the house. Very cozy space with an extra table for family meals. We have added this home to our “must return” list and hope to enjoy next time we are in DC.

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach.
