Holiday rentals with lake access in Fairfield County

We had a wonderful holiday stay at the lake. We were visiting family in the area and the space was the perfect size for our family of 5 adults. Host was responsive to questions as well.

the house is very nice ,love the view ,game room ,would have loved to be there longer.during warm weather to take advantage of outdoors!!

It’s almost hard to believe Lake Waccabuc is only 1 hr north of NYC! My family had a wonderful stay! It was not easy leaving. Thank you Patrick! Once you arrive here, you will NOT want to leave! A true gem. You will feel like you’re in Maine! The house is set in the woods surrounded by hemlocks and pine trees, with a perfect view of the lake! We saw bald eagles, swans, and blue herons. Loved the morning light and fog-listening to the songs of the birds and watching the sunset on the lake. Our family loved fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking! The house is set on 4 acres- a fun and safe area to cycle, and take long walks. Close to Ridgefield, CT, Katonah and Bedford -only 15 min away! Patrick always responded to my questions within minutes and Jay, the house manager went above and beyond making sure our stay was perfect!!!! My boys already have asked if we can come back and rent again! 🙏

We needed a place to stay during the holidays that was quiet and private - while also being close to Westchester. The Zen House was exactly what we needed - and Olga was very kind and helpful.

Well located, quaint and clean on very quiet private road. A county getaway just minutes from the Conneticut Turnpike.

Lovely stay over Christmas. Graciela was very quick to respond and helpful with allowing us to check in early. House had everything we needed to cook our christmas meal and entertain family. Only suggestion would be more seating in the living room and a coffee table. Beautiful spot and would highly recommend for anyone needing to stay in the area.

I was looking for a little peace and tranquility for New Years and this was absolutely perfect. It’s down a pretty big hill, but that really just adds to the feeling of privacy and being really immersed in the scenery. Sleeping in the front room and waking up with the sun beaming in over the lake, there’s really nothing like it. Honestly, this place may have to become a yearly tradition, couldn’t have enjoyed myself more.

Our stay at Regine’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 5 stars.

Saleem’s lovely, warm & cozy cottage FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. I felt right at home and wish I could have stayed much longer. Saleem is very attentive and friendly. The amenities are top of the line and plentiful. I love the old world charm with modern day renovation & conveniences. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I spent a lovely week at Pinar’s apartment over the Christmas holiday. The apartment is very modern and clean. The radiant heat kept it quite comfortable and I loved the view from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Lots of bird activity in the mornings!

The space was beautiful and Paula was always communicative with us. We would definitely book again and recommend to our relatives. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

My husband and I stood this rental for his birthday and had a beautiful time. We had a candle lit dinner with some jazz playing through out the night. The view was beautiful through the window. The night was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. We went for a nice walk along the lake and thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful night away from the NYC.

Peaceful, serene lake house. Loved sitting by the dock and people watching. Comfy, cozy rooms and inviting living room with a huge tv to enjoy movie night and hangout. Many different deck areas make the house more fun. Driveway has minimal space so need to be mindful of how many cars you are taking (fits 2 comfortably and 3 if the neighbor doesn't park too close to your driveway)

Christienne was very responsive and helpful, the house was just as described and the location was so peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately I had to shorten my stay but I would absolutely be back if the opportunity presents itself.

Our stay at the Lake House Cabin was nothing short of magical! This charming 1940s cabin offered the perfect backdrop for celebrating my wife's birthday with our adult children. The stunning views of the lake were a highlight, providing a serene and picturesque setting that made our family gatherings truly special. We loved the easy access to kayaks and a canoe, which allowed us to explore the water and create lasting memories together. The cabin itself was cozy and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. We appreciated the blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with family and enjoy nature, I can't recommend this lake house highly enough. We left with full hearts and plans to return!

The lake is so peaceful, and the neighborhood is quiet. The perfect house for some downtime from a busy life, I would recommend . Rose is great at declutter and cleanliness, but still adds a flair of hominess and style. Will be your favorite home away from home in the summer if you love trees, birds, peacefullness and a beautiful lake to paddle on!!
