Holiday rentals with lake access in Fairfield County

This is our second time renting this beautiful lakeside home and it was absolutely perfect for our girl's weekend. The kitchen was a dream, with all of the appliances and amenities you could need and plenty of room for everyone. The living room had so much seating and the fireplace made everything that much more cozy. All of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds with the best sheets and comforters. I think everyone was impressed with how well they slept. The owner was super easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We can't speak highly enough about this rental. Thank you !

Great place...just as described. Cute, well furnished and clean! And the bed was comfortable, that's definitely a plus!! No issues. Had a few questions before our stay, Roya was very quick to respond and helpful.

Our stay at Shannon House for three nights during the holiday break was amazing. We truly enjoyed the house and the beautiful views of the lake. We only had a couple of questions, but Shannon's response was quick and helpful. We would definitely love to return to Candlewood in the future!

It’s almost hard to believe Lake Waccabuc is only 1 hr north of NYC! My family had a wonderful stay! It was not easy leaving. Thank you Patrick! Once you arrive here, you will NOT want to leave! A true gem. You will feel like you’re in Maine! The house is set in the woods surrounded by hemlocks and pine trees, with a perfect view of the lake! We saw bald eagles, swans, and blue herons. Loved the morning light and fog-listening to the songs of the birds and watching the sunset on the lake. Our family loved fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking! The house is set on 4 acres- a fun and safe area to cycle, and take long walks. Close to Ridgefield, CT, Katonah and Bedford -only 15 min away! Patrick always responded to my questions within minutes and Jay, the house manager went above and beyond making sure our stay was perfect!!!! My boys already have asked if we can come back and rent again! 🙏

We stayed at the Zen House last year and were delighted to repeat the experience. And will do so again on the next trip to Stamford.

Perfect stay!

Location was superb! Clean quiet neighborhood in Fairfield. Close to amenities. My favorite part were the big windows that led to the woods in the backyard. It was absolutely breathtaking waking up to seeing as I’m a huge nature lover. Place was super clean and spacious. Alex was attentive and a great responder. Loved it!

Several of us just came back from a quick overnight trip to Brookfield, and I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in this area of CT. The bottom floor was recently renovated, so the place is really well laid out with plenty of amenities. There is enough to do on property to keep a group of people entertained for a weekend stay if you plan on sticking around the house. The location is incredible, situated in a little nook right on the water with a ton of privacy and a huge backyard. And definitely reach out to Flory in advance as she plenty of recommendations for things to do and where to eat while you're in town. You will have no regrets if you book this place.

Spacios and quite even a nice backyard for summer weathers. Access to kitchen accessories plus nice a cozy. Overall was a very well and clean place.

Cozy and cute getaway, nestled in a quaint neighborhood, Saleem’s property was exactly as described and such a pleasant resting place for us on our trip. Very attentive and friendly hosts, plentiful amenities and such a lovely area. Wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely return!

My wife and I stayed with David for over two weeks and had an extremely positive experience. The unit was affordable, had all basic amenities, and was located off a private road, away from any traffic. David was responsive as soon as we had any requests and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We decided to extend our trip twice and both times David went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated. I would highly recommend staying at this AirBnB for anyone needing a one bedroom in the Norwalk area!

My husband and I spent a lovely week at Pinar’s apartment over the Christmas holiday. The apartment is very modern and clean. The radiant heat kept it quite comfortable and I loved the view from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Lots of bird activity in the mornings!

Michelle was an amazing host! The best I’ve had. She was very nice, quick to respond with any questions my roommates and I had and she was also very accommodating. The Airbnb was very clean, very comfortable and in a good area close to the highway, grocery stores and food spots. I would definitely stay here again.

Sweet Dotties Cottage was better than expected. It was right on the water and even had a dock for our boat. It was very clean and exactly as described. The screened in porch was great at night. I highly recommend and will be visiting this property again.

Christienne was very responsive and helpful, the house was just as described and the location was so peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately I had to shorten my stay but I would absolutely be back if the opportunity presents itself.

Our stay at the Lake House Cabin was nothing short of magical! This charming 1940s cabin offered the perfect backdrop for celebrating my wife's birthday with our adult children. The stunning views of the lake were a highlight, providing a serene and picturesque setting that made our family gatherings truly special. We loved the easy access to kayaks and a canoe, which allowed us to explore the water and create lasting memories together. The cabin itself was cozy and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. We appreciated the blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with family and enjoy nature, I can't recommend this lake house highly enough. We left with full hearts and plans to return!

Dana's house was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. It was an older house that had been totally redone with high quality amenities, furniture and appliances. There was everything you needed and most of it felt brand new! Dana was extremely responsive and provided a really nice welcome booklet with a lot of information about that area that was very helpful. This house was well worth the cost and I would for sure stay again!
