Holiday rentals with a patio in Fairfax County

We enjoyed our stay. The space was clean, and we felt at home. The patio was a lovely addition, but it rained while we were there, so unfortunately, we could not spend time out there. We could walk to most places during our stay, which is always a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

The quiet and the view were great. Apt. very clean. Kitchen has everything for cooking, but choice of food spots two staircases down the street. Malls, shops, grocery store, ice rink. Apt. I find the mark up booking a renting is too expensive for me -- so whether I got my money's worth or not is not really related to alex's place. But for a good get away this was a clean quiet place with a responsive and conscientious host.

I highly recommend this location. Top quality (the apartment, the building, and the surrounding neighborhood). The location was in walking distance to numerous amenities, and the parking garage is a huge asset. If I weren't moving to Alexandria, I would stay in this location again.

We had a great experience staying at Chris’s place while my friend and I were in the city for a concert! He was extremely responsive and helpful for suggestions of restaurants since we do not live in the area, as well as very clear instructions for check-in and check out and how to enter the property. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this gorgeous apartment with our 18 month old daughter for a holiday weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The entry was well-lit and felt very safe with easy entry instructions for both front door and apartment. The 2 bedrooms were modern with gorgeous new bathrooms. The spacious living/dining area had an unexpected large patio and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. This property had clear, concise arrival instructions and a reminder text about departure. We will definitely be back again.

This is our second time at Marvin’s place. It is such a convenient location for walking to restaurants, bakeries & the C & O Canal. First time staying in a smart home. Home to return again.

My stay was NOTHING short of amazing. Lena was so accommodating and extremely helpful. The home is beautiful and snacks were provided upon arrival. It was very clean, quiet, and a peaceful stay. Hospitality was amazing. Rob went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. Great location, easy to access public transportation. we felt very safe. Highly recommend.

Had stayed here because it is so close to the convention center. Had a great stay with a space for everyone. Host was responsive and friendly. I plan on staying here again for next year's convention. If you need somewhere to stay around D.C I would definitely recommend here.

6 of us stayed in this beautiful modern up to date home. We came to see the DC area and attend a couple of events. The home is in a beautiful area we saw deer on 2 different days during our 4 day stay. 2 the first time and 4 the second time. They have a patio with a BBQ and a fire table and chairs. The house was super nice and cozy while being roomy at the same time. We took the metro into DC (top notch metro system)everyday $13.00 for a allday pass or less if you buy multiple day passes. The metro station is 1.5 miles away. Lyft to station was $7 to $9 or 30 minute walk. Stores are nearby. I contacted the host and they were super good to respond right away. All in all I am coming back in the summer and will stay here again

It was a nice home. One parking spot in the back and street parking usually wasn’t a problem. Lots of space to accommodate the people we had.

Tyler’s home was exactly what we were looking for in our weekend for my parents funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. We really enjoyed all the games and toys and books that made the home cozy and comfortable. With our entire family in town flying in from all over the country for the long weekend we needed a home in Arlington to see to the various events scheduled in DC.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

I had an amazing time staying at this wonderful home! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was in perfect proximity to shopping area and dining locations . The owner was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. I’d definitely stay here again!

This perfect for us and our two dogs. The host went beyond most places we had stayed at like having dogs bowls and treats, coffees and espresso machines, snow shovel and salt for the snow that came thru when we was there. This place looked better in person the furniture and decor was well thought out and the kitchen had updated appliances. The backyard for the dogs was great, there was generous amount of sitting from the deck to the ground floor. We really had a great stay

Not only was Leslie wonderful, so was her space!! Leslie let us check in early since we were driving from a distance and was very accommodating! Her space was also extremely well decorated, pristine, AND had almost anything you may need! Mouthwash, menstrual products, face wash and more!! Leslie really went above and beyond in all regards!

khalid is a very responsive host. check-in and check-out only consisted of a couple of minutes and a few texts exchanged. his listing had many sleep configurations (a queen bed, a foldout couch, and 2 extra cots). the kitchen had every appliance you need to make basic meals (pots, pans, utensils, etc) which is great if you're the kind of traveller who would prefer to cook while you're on vacation. the bathroom comes with towels. we didn't use the parking space associated with the listing, but it's available. it's a 10-15 minute walk to the closest metro station, which is very well-connected (many train and bus lines stop here). this convenience is why we picked this listing, and it was worth it.

Wonderful experience, highly recommend that others stay here. My wife and I enjoyed our 3-night stay in Manassas. Alhy thoroughly (and quickly) responded when we had questions. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. And the kitchen was immaculate. The condo is a reasonable drive from Washington D.C., and there is a commuter train station across the street from this location. A really nice option for anyone who wants transit to D.C., but I'm reasonably certain the train only runs during the work-week. Either way, D.C. is within reach. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Our family of four (one five year old, one seven year old, and two parents) wanted to spend the week of February break touring Washington DC, and this was the perfect unit for us! Commuting to and from the city via public transportation was especially easy.

I really enjoyed staying at Tara’s apartment. All the amenities were there. It was nice to have air conditioning after walking all over the city during the humid summer days. Wifi was great. I highly recommend this property. It is very close to public transportation so easily got around. Tara is a great host.

L was a beautiful place to stay. The building was very quiet. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful to my text messages. It was everything she promised it would be. Would definitely come back to stay.
