Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fair Oaks

This was our first time in Sacramento, and we had a wonderful stay! The space was the perfect blend of modern and cozy, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind. The location was great—just a quick Uber ride to the Golden 1 Center, which was super convenient for us. The hosts were incredibly communicative and kind, ensuring everything went smoothly. A great stay!

This home is clean, inviting and just a few blocks from our family. The heating system was super easy to use, which is not always our experience, and much appreciated. The bed was comfy and warm. We like using a Roku TV system so that was nice too. We didn’t use the kitchen but it sure had everything you would need. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Russel is a very good host and very responsive & very kind. The place was beautiful and very clean and I felt like I had a lot of privacy. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody it is definitely worth the stay!

We loved our stay at Suzy's place. Suzy got right back to us when we had questions. The house is adorable and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and there were several hang out spaces. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable and the linens and towels were soft. There were many features like the tiffany lamp in the entry hall, the cozy leather couch and the antique vanity in the main bathroom that made this place feel like home. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown Sacramento, close to the CIM expo and a bus pick-up spot, which was super convenient. The apartment exceeded expectations—it was even better than the photos. I highly recommend it!

Such a clean and cute little place within walking distance (flat 1/2mile) to Old Town Roseville filled with cute shops and restaurants. Also right off highway 80 so easy access to the larger area. Faye takes the time to add little touches that really made it feel comfortable and welcoming immediately. Bed was super comfy for us. Will definitely stay here again if we travel to Roseville

I recently stayed at this Airbnb while my mother was in hospice, and it was exactly the retreat I needed during such a difficult time. The place was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and calming atmosphere. The host’s communication was excellent—always prompt, clear, and thoughtful. I particularly appreciated the detailed binder they provided, which explained everything about the home and the surrounding area. The location is absolutely gorgeous—quiet and serene, yet within walking distance of excellent restaurants and cafes. It felt like a sanctuary to unwind and recharge while dealing with my family situation. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a peaceful, well-appointed stay with a caring and attentive host. Thank you for making this stay so comforting and seamless.

This Airbnb delivered—fresh oranges in the front, lemons in the back, and a basketball court that kept the boys busy (elite parenting win). 🏀 Close to the interstate, making everything super convenient. Now, about those stairs. If you've ever wondered what it’s like to stand at the top of the Eiffel Tower and stare into the abyss, this is your chance. 😅 One wrong step and it's lights out. The master bed? Firm enough to double as a cutting board and more firm than my dating boundaries. 🛏️ Upstairs bedrooms? Cute, but TVs don’t exist here. Bring an iPad or get comfortable counting ceiling dots. Towels? Let’s just say, if you enjoy drip-drying, you’ll be fine. 🛁😂 But honestly, those are minor things. Overall, I'd stay here again—just with extra towels and a safety harness for the stairs. 💅

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing getaway. There's a lovely park just a short walk away, which our toddler loved. The backyard was a great bonus, offering a pleasant space to unwind. The property itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the toys and books provided for our little one - it kept her entertained throughout the stay. Parking was a breeze and the location was conveniently close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Our stay was a great experience. It had everything needed for our accommodations. The only complaint would be that some of the window treatments in the living room did not go down the full length of the window. I was pleased that the sliding glass door did have blinds even though the pictures didn’t show any covering…Having the park across the street and shopping centers very close was a plus. I would rent it again☺️

Phuong’s place was honestly one of the most comfortable Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The house had wonderful upgrades, super soft towels, comfortable beds. Plus lots of water in the fridge. What more could you ask for! Would love to stay at the house again. Thank you for hosting us!

This place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great little neighborhood. The bed and linens were really soft and clean, the couch was cozy, and overall just a fantastic Airbnb!

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Robyn's place is in a great location downtown. Walking to Golden 1 Center and several great coffee shops is quick and easy. It is nice having a small gym that includes the basics. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We will stay again when visiting Sacramento.

Exactly what we needed for staying in Sacramento for Ironman Sacramento. Full kitchen to make home cooked meals, washer and dryer to clean workout clothing, location close to the Hwy just 16 min to race start, space for race bikes in entry, place to dry wetsuits on balcony and cozy living room to stretch out, relax and do yoga. Beds were comfy and lots of pillows, lots of towels, very quiet neighbours, safe gated community with safe parking. The pool and workout center were not available when we went but they would be also great amenities to have. Gym and sauna looked very nice. Pool would be great in warmer weather. Garrett was an excellent host. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly return.
