We had a wonderful time in Türkan's appartment. Finding a parking spot can be a challenge (but free), but it is otherwise perfectly located for exploring Istanbul by public transport (the metro is right around the corner and offers quick transportation everywhere). The direct neighbourhood is very nice as well! The appartment itself is perfect. It has 2 bedrooms, a baby bed was available and it was clean. From the window you look down on the park and metro. It is adequately equipped for cooking a meal now and then as well.

The place was super cosy and beautiful, wonderful view, shower is clean and good. the location is perfect. Lots of cafes around, and you can take the boat very near. Özlem and her brother were very helpful and polite, they helped me a lot with my list suitcase. The only thing is you can hear people from upstairs, so earplugs would help. Thank you very much for the stay!

Ibrahim and his Team were ready to cover any requirement we raised providing great assistance on several cases during our stay there. He is a really friendly administrator that provided all the necessary infos and means to ensure a great a problem-free stay. The location of these flats was really strategic allowing us to approach easily several highlights and interesting city's neighborhoods. The appartments provided an amazing panoramic view to Golder Horn and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. I highly suggest it especially for tourists that would like to stay at Karaköy and broader Beyoğlu district.

Alma's place is perfect in my opinion for Istanbul. The view from the terrace on the second level is awesome, can see the whole of the old town, lovely to sit and enjoy a peaceful evening. Thank you Alma for a great stay. We will be back)

I liked everything. The location is perfect, all the interesting places are equally close. Near the metro. There is access to the roof, from which there is a very beautiful view in all directions. It may be a little noisy on the floors below, but we were at 8 and the noise outside did not bother. Otherwise, the apartment corresponds to the price, in some places traces of use are already visible, but for this price it would be strange to expect a brand new apartment. The host answered all questions and helped with requests. I even provided a SIM card with good internet.

The house is exactly as it appears in the photos and even better! There's a parking spot behind the house! The view is magical from all the windows of the house. Its location is ideal. It is a 6 minute walk to the center of Arnavutköy (small uphill), next to beautiful cafes and restaurants! Lou is an amazing hostess! From our first message, to the last one. Friendly and helpful! Sian is wonderful host and responded for all my questions. He arranged airport pickup and drop off for our entire group with 18 pieces of luggage big and small, that was very helpful and worry free. His father welcomed us when we arrived and gave a send off when we left and helped us to move luggage in the lift up and down. A very nice gentleman. We had a very pleasant and homely stay at Siam’s place and I recommend this place for anyone. It is walkable to groceries, shopping, Bus and tram line. Thank you Sian for being wonderful host.

Next time I ll stay here again. The building has security at the entrance. Even though we just stayed one night it was good there was a washing machine.. This is valuable stay for a family situated on the asian side. Two good bedrooms and a living room where you also dine. As we stayed in June we were pleased the cooling system was working well . The area consist of newly built housing complex - "Resident". The flat is on the 17th floor so you will have an open view. Parking in the Street and there is own parking area. You are not downtown, but you can easily reach Bagdat Caddesi, Kadiköy and Uskudar within 5-10 min by taxi. Easy access to the highway junction and the Eurasia tunnel . The Fikirtepe metrobus station is 2-3min away. The great shopping mall Akasya is nearby. If you happens to stay on a Tuesday you can visit the famous "Sali Pazari" like grand bazaar - the big market - which is just on the other side of the main road. Mr. Volkan was helpful thanks.

Great host and a place to stay!

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

Mr. Tevfik! Wonderful host. Thank you to them and his assistant Mr. Dursun. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. Thank you to the cleaning lady. The location is fantastic. It has many amenities. It is a 10-minute walk to the Bosphorus and Ortaköy Square. The only thing missing is the kitchen equipment. It needs a few basic items for long stays and to be able to produce healthy food at home. Other than that, everything was great!
