Well equipped house in convenient location , very comfortable and spacious.

Great place- exactly as the photos show it. Perfect location in the middle of Exmouth township - easy walk to shops and restaurants. Phoebe was great with her communication. Would recommend!

It was a great place in a great location and very comfortable, inside and outside. It had everything we needed and was in walking distance to town and many facilities.

We had a great time while staying in Suzzete place. Raywhite office service was really welcoming and assisted us in everything we needed. We really recommend her place! 😊

The accomodation is really comfortable, housing a group easily, it is walking distance to whatever this town has to offer and there's plenty of space for a car to park on the driveway. Only thing to note is that the house WiFi was mostly not available (I think we managed to connect once for a few minutes), but 5G is available if you are with Telstra (and Optus worked too) so if you have mobile data you are fine. The house was clean (although the shower wasn't squeaky clean... and we did clean the toilets) and very liveable. There's a kettle and toaster etc... and a good big fridge. No oven - so no home made cupcakes for our fieldwork :-) Access is super simple with a box, and they gave us the code as soon as we landed. There were some very suss messages to my phone and email about checking in outside of the AirBnB app and phishing for personal information - I ignored them - I think they are scam - so be aware. I would definitely stay here again. Ruth

The villa was a perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy Exmouth. From the booking process to checking in/out the experience was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay as close to restaurant and the local grocery store. Clear check I instructions. Plenty of room as only two of us stayed and didn’t use the upstairs area. All amenities listed were available. Would recommend to stay here.
