Holiday rentals with breakfast in Évry-Courcouronnes

Large house 30 min from Paris, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Under the supervision of koukie, the cat, we had a pleasant stay with our 3 children who took full advantage of the heated pool, trampoline, ping pong and the forest next door. A real vacation!

Serge is a very responsive host who was able to adapt to our requests. Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Good bedding and pleasant and peaceful environment thank you for this stay

Jean-Yves and Sandrine were very welcoming, very attentive and above all very pleasant. Our kids and we had a nice weekend. We'll choose this place again for the next time we visit with our family.

Sonia and Alexandre's house is wonderful - Beautiful building nestled in a very well-maintained garden - very beautiful decoration brought back from the many trips of this family of adventurers Our children enjoyed taking care of the animals on the property (cats, chickens and dog - all very nice) Breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the garden are particularly pleasant and allow you to appreciate the view of the valley The amenities are very nice (barbecue, ping pong table, garden furniture among others) Highlights include: the exceptional bathroom installed in the glass roof - the well-equipped and functional kitchen, very bright The house was very clean upon arrival We recommend without hesitation

This is a beautiful house. You feel like a guest in their family home. The garden is a lovely bonus when staying in Paris. Cool and restful. There was loads of room for our family of 5 and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The RER is just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay.

Our stay at Rue Didot 28 was absolutely extraordinary! For the kind of vacation we wanted (that is, taking little use of the house), the accommodation was really perfect. It is in fact small but fully equipped with any accessory. The space is used perfectly, the house is absolutely cozy and very intimate, perfect for a couple on vacation. The environment is clean and tidy, and Sophie, the owner, kindly left us a lot of food and drinks to consume. The bed is comfortable and there are several pillows and heavy blankets. The area of the house is very quiet and quiet, and there is the metro a few minutes away on foot, so getting around is also easy. The access to the keys to the house was extremely simple and clear, and also the check-out was very convenient as we were able to leave our suitcases inside until the moment of our departure (8 in the evening). Highly recommended.

Alexandre's apartment was perfect for our 5-day stay in Paris. It is a beautiful apartment and so close to public transit to get anywhere in the city. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The personal restaurant recommendations are awesome and he is a speedy communicator. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Paris. You're in the middle of amazing shopping and restaurants. Host and checkin were VERY flexible seeing as we got there late after being stuck in traffic. Comfortable bed and beautiful views.

The location was very convenient, safe, and quiet, just a three-minute walk from the metro station. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. It was a truly delightful experience, and if I visit Paris again, this would definitely be my top choice for accommodation!

Pascal couldn’t have been more welcoming, engaging and helpful. He’s a wealth of knowledge regarding all things Paris: history, culture, restaurants, etc.; our trip to Paris was enormously enhanced by his helpful recommendations, reflections, and insights. In short, he’s a cultural touchstone unto himself. The apartment was delightful and quirky…an apt reflection of its host. We especially enjoyed the petit-déjeuner with homemade preserves, bread and yogurt. We’ll be back!

Very well located accommodation, not far from La Défense. The headquarters of my company being close to the accommodation is therefore ideal. Very clean accommodation and the most of the service is breakfast in the morning. Really impeccable, I highly recommend it.

I already stayed at Margaret's place and felt straight away at home. Big room, big bathroom with bathtub, desk to work and garden view, a gem in the heart of Vincennes so close to Paris by M1. Highly recommend.

We stayed there for one night to go to Disney. We were hosted by the host very well. The bedroom as well as the common areas are very well decorated and perfectly clean. We slept very well in excellent bedding.(little extra , it was dark in the room thanks to the shutters). I would highly recommend it for hosting our hosts (including chat) and great value for money ✨

It was my second time staying in this B&B, earlier with my daughter, now with my husband and again it was extremely well liked. Extremely friendly people, nice clean room with lovely shower, tasty and extensive breakfast! Super flexible people! We could check in earlier and were allowed to leave our bags on the last day to pick them up before departure. Really nice! By metro, you can reach all the sights in Paris within half an hour and Notre-Dame can even be reached by a kilometer or 4 (40 minutes). Close to the B&B is the large shopping center Italie Deux on Place d'Italie. And there are nice boulangeries nearby and on Fridays and Sundays there is a large fresh market around the corner. Best hôte ever ! So indeed there is the high quality of the room, bedding and luxury bed linen, private bathroom... There is also proximity to the metro, excellent sound insulation, beautiful terrace... But above all, there is Cathy's hospitality, delicacy, and quality of attention. I felt incredibly pampered!
