This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

It is an apartment in the center of Thessaloniki, very close to all the sights and cafes, restaurants, bars etc, but at the same time it is completely quiet! It's super clean and has everything necessary for the stay. Also, Mrs. Sophia is a great communicator and was available immediately whenever I needed something.

The house was close to the subway ,which made it very easy for us,as we had a lot of trouble finding parking and when we found we didn't move it again until we left. When we closed the windows we didn't have good wifi. Otherwise, it's a nice house.

This is the second time we chose to stay at Ioanna's apartment and we will be definitely coming back! The location is truly excellent! The apartment is very clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. Ioanna is very helpful and easy to reach. The only thing we missed having, is a toaster to toast our sliced bread in the morning.. Also, having stayed there for 5 days I would say it would be nice to have some extra hand towels and bath towels for the bathroom. It is also good to keep in mind that there is only one toilet and one shower (it wasn't a problem for us although we were a party of three people, but for some people this could be a deal breaker). Overall, we had a wonderful time and although it was really cold in Thessaloniki we were never disheartened because we were able to feel so warm and comfortable in Ioanna's apartment!

Great and cozy please, extremely central and yet so nice and quiet and peaceful in the bedroom. The building is unesco protected and has eloquent characteristics. Nice classic vibe in the apartment with wooden floors and high ceilings. A great little place.

The apartment was beautiful, and had everything we would possibly need. A 24hour supermarket at the next corner helped immensly. Stavros gave easy and clear directions, we are grateful.

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

Had a great stay! The flat was exactly as described. Mary is really friendly and very responsive. The location was nice too, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The area had a lively vibe, which was great for exploring, though it could get a little noisy at times. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, warm, clean space with nice decor and mirrors in the hallway to look bigger. It is located on a main street of Ano Toumba and there is easy access to shops, cafes, supermarkets, etc.

Good position and place

We enjoyed our stay, our only note would be maybe a throw blanket in the colder months to sit outside and an extra set of towels for the hotel tub. Overall, clean and great location.
