Tastefully decorated home in which you quickly feel "at home". Well-equipped bathrooms, great beds, convenient kitchen and outdoor kitchen. An ideal location to explore the spacious region.

A little corner to rest, perfect to get out of the routine and enjoy the time. The space itself was very well equipped, with everything that was needed and very clean. They also left us a gift of remembrance and I appreciate all the availability and affection. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a few days of peace near Monsaraz, which is beautiful and the house is next to a wonderful restaurant. This is a hidden gem nestled in a vineyard with a nice vegetable and fruit garden. Beautiful mild scented roses lined the entrance way to our villa. There was a large beautiful pool and our place was very clean. If you want a quiet relaxing time away from noise, light and air pollution this is the place to unwind. We did many day trips to the neighbouring towns and was always happy to be back here. Margarida and her husband, Joaquim, were gracious hosts who allowed us to pick fruits and vegetables from their farm. We enjoyed two bottles of wine (red and white wine) from their own vineyard which was very nice. Great view! Rustic and so close to nature. Great for guests who want a retreat for contemplation and to have a fun time with their families.

A place worth to stay everytime you need to enjoy some peaceful and relaxed vacations with family or friends! Totallu recommend! Me and my family had a dream stay and will certainly repeat.

We had a blast for my 30th birthday. Perfect location, beautiful house with an amazing garden. John was super helpful with the checking and very kind.

The house was very charming. It was a quaint, traditional home, and it was very well maintained and renovated. It was wonderful spending time at the house. Visiting Murao in the fall makes finding a restaurant difficult in town during the week, so if you plan to visit in the off season, just be aware that there may be few options during the week.

Andrea and Andreas have such a beautiful home and I honestly have never seen a pool as beautiful before! They are incredibly responsive and nothing is ever too much. We had a beautiful bbq on our first night and did goats cheese making both of which were so much fun. The salads and the bbq was incredible and you can clearly see how much they care about what they do and for the environment too. We couldn’t have asked for a better Villa to have all 14 of our friends together to celebrate an upcoming wedding. So sad to leave and hope one day to return!
