The house was exactly as described, the renovated interior was nice with all modern equipment. The location was perfect, we enjoyed our bike rides and walks on the beach every morning. The House was walking distance from the Tiki Tiki resuraunt down the street. We had a wonderful visit

Me and my partner stayed in Ken's place for a total of two month while dealing with a family emergency. Our experience was nothing short of gracious and positive. The host made extending very easy and was extremely responsive. The space was clean and well stocked with supplies to clean up after ourselves and our two Great Danes who accompanied us on the lengthy trip. The pictures of the place were spot on, and you can tell that the work Ken put into the unit was well thought out, and extremely accommodating. This space is perfect for a long term stay and had sizable bedrooms and enough room to make you feel right at home.

This is a nice place for a couple who just need a place to sleep but will spend most of the time exploring the area

Kelly and Christopher's Airbnb was perfect. They are extremely responsive hosts. The house was super clean and had plenty of space for my husband and myself. The location was great, central to many Miami areas and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Each bedroom had a tv, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I recovered from surgery here and this was a comfortable place to do so. My only suggestion would be to add a shelf or two in the bathroom and maybe some hooks as well, as counterpace is limited.

This place was super clean. The property was beautiful. The pool and patio area were so relaxing.. The house was well equipped with many items. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to Lake Osborne with a beautiful walking path along the lake. Located close to I95 making it so easy to go to so many places like Lake Worth and West Palm Beach. I would highly recommend this place for your vacation!

We had a terrific stay at Guil's place. The home is spacious, clean and welcoming and is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the ocean and eateries. Guil and Cecilia were very friendly, responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place and the hosts.

Wonderful place to stay close to lots of place. We especially loved the bikes and ride them nightly down to the beach and along the Broadwalk (even in a rainstorm). There was stores very close to the home within walking/ biking distance. Pool was great but we did not use it too much as we were out touring along the beach most of the time. Owners were very responsive to messages and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay at Cynthia's property. The location is great. It's outside of Miami far enough where you don't have a crazy amount of traffic but close enough for a short to medium length drive to other destinations & attractions. The property is fantastic. it is well maintained, clean and very spacious (there were 4 in our party). The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. We took many walks around the area. There is some traffic noise but by no means a deterrent for choosing this property. For us the pool is a highlight. It's a large pool & deck and the water is kept warm. Cynthia is a great host. She provided and responded to all communications very timely. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay! The guest house is stylish, modern, and a great size for a couple. It’s well-furnished, and the bed was very comfortable—we slept great. The pool was a highlight, and the host kindly heated it to the perfect temperature. The air conditioning kept the space cool, check-in was easy, and street parking was no problem. The host was very kind and friendly, and was quick to respond. She even gave us an early check in, and let me stop back to pick up an item I forgot. However, there were a few quirks. The lights would flicker like a strobe when the kitchen sink was on, which was strange. The steps to the bed platform were sharp and easy to scrape against. The curtain over the large sliding glass doors was see-through at night with the lights on, making the only truly private space the bathroom, which felt a bit unsettling. The front yard had some clutter, making the exterior look a bit messy from the street. Overall, it was a stylish and comfortable stay!

Patrick was the most responsive host I have ever encountered. Whenever I messaged, there was a response in very short time. The house was adorable. It easily housed family members and friends who came in and out during my 2 weeks stay. The pool was wonderful - clean, water warm enough for comfort but cool enough to be refreshing. The house was easy walking distance to Publix, Whole Foods, Wallgreens and CVS. I was happy to find it was also walking distance to LA Fitness. Nearby is also a small upscale shopping area called Mercato that has Nordstrom Rack, Sur la Table and some other nice stores and restaurants. The kitchen was adequately appointed which we appreciated as we mostly ate in. The grill is a bit old and rusty and would not ignite but we didn't mind. The beach is an easy 25 minute walk and there are beach chairs, toys and a beach wagon at the house. There were more than enough towels. All in all, I was very happy with my time there.

We loved staying at Andy’s place! He was super communicative and easy to get ahold of for any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Our hosts were so kind and cared enough to check in on us as we checked in really late. They also had the pack and play already set up for my infant when we arrived which was a huge help since we got in around midnight! Thank you for hosting us we will definitely be back!

The apartment was very roomy, clean and we loved the well-stocked kitchen with the beautiful countertops and all the cooking utensils that you could want. Renee is an excellent host, very responsive! It was great to enjoy morning coffee out on the balcony!

Mary is a great host with a wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. Everything is neat, clean and updated with all the essentials that you might need for your stay. We felt right at home. The pool and screened area are nice when you want to relax outdoors without leaving the property. Everything else that you need is only a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I would summarize by saying that this experience was an experience of very(s) – very well laid out, very well stocked kitchen, very charming backyard, very solid beach chairs and beach equipment, very walkable to downtown and restaurants, very convenient to major roads, and especially very responsive hosts Lindsey and Paula. I very much enjoyed my stay and would visit with this property (and Charlie next door) again.

This was just what we were looking for. A Hideaway that wasn’t kind of break the budget close to the beaches and shopping. A spectacular area of Florida. We will most definitely come back again. And Daniel was a fabulous host. Joanne Boca Raton, Fl.

The house was very clean and easy to find. The accommodations were very good in both the kitchen and bathrooms with lots of amenities. Check-in and door lock were very simple. The house is centrally located in Wellington so it's easy to reach restaurants and stores. The nearby Publix is under construction, but another one is open a few miles away. Overall, a very nice cozy place.
