Yurt holiday rentals in Europe

We had a lovely couple of days away, it’s so quiet and peaceful, the cabin was so cute! Considering we came in January it was warm and cozy with the fire! We also had the bacon from the farm which was delicious and a cute little car visitor. Thank you again!

We stayed with Emma in her Yurt for NYE as we fancied something a little different. It was everything we hoped for and more - a truly magical place and like no where else we’d ever been before. It’s the perfect location for a cosy night away, cooking on an open fire and toasting s’mores! The hot tub was also a fantastic addition and made our stay even more special. Emma was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed with some lovely touches such as marshmallows and dog treats - very sweet! We only stayed for one night so didn’t take advantage of the variety of walks & sights close by, but did stop off at a local pub which was within walking distance. We had such a wonderful stay, thank you for having us Emma!

A wonderful few nights in the yurt. it was ourfirst experience of staying in a yurt and we weren't disappointed. The yurt heated up quickly with the log burner which was good as it was the end of September. We were surprised how well equipped the kitchen was and there was even a dining area. The compost toilets were very impressive! Emma And Jon were so friendly and helpful and even kindly spent time thoroughly looking for something I thought I'd lost there but found elsewhere!! We would highly recommend and would love to return to stay again.

Lovely yurt and beautiful location with amazing views. The on site facilities were really clean and well thought out. Really convenient location for zip world and Snowdonia.

What a find! We will definitely be back. They had thought of everything… even a solar powered charger! I thought it was just wonderful. Thank you.

Brilliant accommodation in the perfect spot for walking. Friendly and helpful. Added bonus of great amenities and the little breakfast bar was a treat. Thanks for the stay.

We had a really relaxing stay! The whole place was idyllic, secluded, and peaceful. We slept warm in a very comfortable bed with a log fire and the sounds of wildlife around us, played pool and cooked in the barn cottage, and the bathroom was spacious and shower amazing. We cooked over an open fire pit and sat around the bonfire, everywhere we looked there were little characterful details, and we found it the ideal location to visit both north and south Cornwall. Rufus greeted us warmly and made sure we knew to contact him for any reason then left us to enjoy ourselves. One day we’d love to return to the yurt and cobb cottage, a real find!

This was the perfect little cosy experience... friendly welcome with. G+T 👌. I didn't realise until last minute there was a strict no dog policy but was able to figure out a alternative solution smoothly with the host. Lovely homely arrangement even though you're in a tent, very nice walks in the area (bring wellingtons!) Fantastic! 😊

Wow I don’t think I can even put in to words how beautiful this place really is, it’s such an amazing little gem tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. We left feeling totally grounded back to the nature and relaxed to the core. Honestly cannot wait to book our return visit. Has everything you need for some proper family time to reconnect back with each and be at one with nature. Olivia and grant really have created something so special here and am so soo grateful to have found this place 💝🙏💝

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and Jackie helped us settle into the yurt. The sound bath was an amazing welcome, and our 4 1/2 months old baby absolutely loved it, watching/listening to all the instruments in awe. That experience provided a serene pause for us. Jackie went above and beyond to make sure our first night we were comfortable in the yurt, assisting us with the stove and showing us genuine kindness. The way the yurt is furnished is so cosy and we loved sitting by the stove and all the little lights inside, the wood top space provided a magic atmosphere and we were able to cook our own food with the camp cook kit and fireside bbq. It was a lovely combination of both cooking outside/ enjoying the outdoors and also having the comfort and warmth of an indoor space to rest and sleep in. There is so much to explore in surrounding areas also, and we drove to the lizard area and various beaches during our stay. The whole experience is one for us to treasure

Laura was very helpful. She prepared yurt before our arrival and it was already warm and cozy. All necessary equipment were provided.

We had the most amazing stay on New Year’s Eve , the hot tub had been started before we arrived meaning it didn’t take long before we could get in! The hut was so beautiful with all the fairy lights, and all the little details and extras were really appreciated. We went to the local pub for lunch was great. Would love to stay here again!

We came to Barefoot Yurts to escape the routine and reconnect in nature, and it was above and beyond what we had imagined! I can't recommend a stay here enough, we left feeling so rested and happy and enjoyed every moment in the space. The facilities were fantastic we had everything we needed along with some beautiful and thoughtful touches, everything was so comfortable and the view from the yurts is so special. We arranged our weekend specifically in line with the full harvest moon and were able to watch the moonrise so clearly and in total bliss around the campfire ... thank you Julia :) x

Amazing way to spend a few days on Gigha. The ger is in a beautiful garden a few minutes from the ferry, right beside Joe and Hannah's shop. They're incredible hosts - very welcoming and helpful. Loved it and hope to return one day!

Yurt4Two is amazing. I bought this for my girlfriend as a birthday treat and she loved it! It’s cosy, warm and a beautiful space. Rachel was lovely and helpful - putting the fire on for us for our arrival and pointing out local amenities. Also some lovely touches providing eggs and milk from her farm! Definitely would book again and thoroughly recommend :)

A very nice and relaxing yurt which is separate and therefore brings even more peace, there is a compost toilet which takes some getting used to but is very good, the shower and normal toilet is a little further but otherwise fine. The owners respond very quickly to requests and handle this very well and quickly, everything is hospitably ready upon arrival. Recommended for everyone to book, if there is time we want to book the summer again.

Pen and Patrick were amazing hosts. So kind and thoughtful and there was a great focus on attention detail. Everything was catered for and it was an excellent stay. They checked in on us throughout our stay and were super responsive to any questions or queries we had. Also they had some great recommendations for things to do in the area and it made it the perfect stay :) x

Sophie was an incredible host - probably the best we have ever had through AirBnB. The yurt was enchanting and private - perfect after a day of exploring the wilderness of Skye. We can’t wait to come back again!

We had a great time at Mill Haven Place - we stayed in the sunset yurt with our two kids and it was perfect. The woodburner in the yurt made it really cosy and the covered outdoor kitchenette was great for meal prep. The pitches are well spaced out and the design with the trees makes it feel private yet spacious. We would definitely recommend!

Nick was amazing very helpful ,everything that was needed was there and even helped me with my log burner to get it going, the yurt was beautiful in every way and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud i liked it that much i have extended my stay here for another two weeks. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again thanks nick & Tracey for an amazing stay.

Perfect stay! The yurt is magical. We wished our stay was longer. Fab kitchen, comfy bed and beautiful surroundings. Alistair was a wonderful host, we will definitely be back. Thank you for having us.

Our first stay in a yurt and how beautiful it was. Took glamping to a new level. The surroundings were serene. Will definitely be coming back again!

We had an amazing stay at Paula’s yurt. The interior was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels for us to use plus a bathrobe for the hot tube. The kitchen outside the yurt was very well equipped for preparing meals and sheltering from the rain when needed. Hot tub was very relaxing and all the facilities seemed new and were very clean. We would absolutely recommend Paula’s place as a retreat for the weekend or even longer! We would absolutely love to visit again. Thanks a lot for having us.
