Holiday rentals with a patio in Eure

Stayed for just over a month in Christine’s apartment. Great location right in the heart of the historic old town. Nice and quiet, being at the back of the courtyard and it had everything I needed. You’ll need to be fairly fit to manage the steep spiral staircase. But it’s a super place to stay and Christine was very responsive, flexible and helpful.

The accommodation matched the photos perfectly. It's very close to the city center and there are a lot of stores around the corner. Julien was very kind, welcoming and responsive. Had a great stay with Julien!

Very well located apartment, quiet, 10-minute walk to the historic city center and close to shops and the market. Perfect for visiting Rouen and surrounding area. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and nicely decorated with in addition a small terrace that overlooks the canopy of trees on the street that gives the feeling of being in the forest! Elise is very responsive and friendly. Good location!

it's our 2nd visit to jamel. Quiet accommodation and even more beautiful in real life with the decoration love a real plus! there is everything you need and the hot tub is at a good temperature! I recommend it for a relaxing moment at 2! jamel is very available and responsive. thank you we will be happy to come back!

Really lovely place to stay, with everything you’d need. Laura was really friendly and gave us a tour of the house and property, and even invited our child to play with hers. Was a great stay and would recommend it

We had a nice family weekend. Larissa is very kind, available for any requests and flexible on schedules. We were able to check out at 12pm instead of 10am. The house is large, very clean and everything is done so that we do not miss anything. We reported a broken rod in the 1st downstairs bedroom when we arrived as well as a broken heater in the living room. Check-in and check-out is smooth. The possibilities to park 2 cars in front is a real very appreciable plus (I am 7 1/2 months pregnant). Only bemol: cold!! When we arrived, it was barely 6 degrees. We had to turn on all the radiators in every room but it took a lot of time to warm up. Things to know: there is a small black space heater in the basement, close the living room and kitchen door. In addition to the heaters, it warmed us up well. Close the doors of the bedrooms to keep warm. The entrance remains cold.

Very functional and well-equipped house. We rented the 3 connecting houses for our group of young athletes. The large kitchen and dining area very convenient for communal meals. The rooms in the different houses are well arranged even if some are lower under the ceiling. The home theater with the giant screen is a real asset as well as the coffee available. Even though we were not able to enjoy the outdoor space (March), the pool and pétanque area appealed! David has always been very responsive and the guidelines with a convenient code system.

We recently stayed in this magnificent property and had a lovely, peaceful and relaxed holiday. Laetitia was flexible on our check in time and was there to greet us and show us all of the amenities at the property. The house was spotless and exactly as described. There is a lovely bakery within 5 minutes and during our stay Laetitia was very responsive to any requests and was brilliant to deal with. Lovely family holiday and exactly what we were looking for

Nathalie's place was as described and photographed. Clean and large accommodation, perfect for a group stay. We had a great time at Nathalie's place and will be happy to come back. Accommodation in a good location if you want to visit different places in Normandy. Nathalie was an extremely responsive host. We would recommend this listing 100%.

Impeccable, as described, clean, all in good taste, perfect on-site layout for 12 people. Perfectly equipped kitchen, cozy single rooms with shower or bath and toilet in each of them. Dormitory equipped with two bathrooms + toilet. Even though we didn't sleep much, we slept well. Very well heated house. The accommodation is located in a very peaceful small village, surrounded by beautiful scenery that is a change of pace from the big cities nearby. 100% recommended and we will come back in summer to enjoy the garden and bbq!!! Finally, Marjorie is available, friendly, attentive and very responsive! Thanks again
