Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in EUR, Rome

The apartment is super cute with a great location and our host, Andrea, was very helpful and really nice. She left us wine and snacks as well as great recommendations for restaurants. We specifically loved the easy self- check in with no time restrictions. Would love to come back!

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Excellent location near the Termini station, very clean and clean apartment, Gordon welcomed us, he showed us very good places to eat and visit, since everything is 10 minutes walk from the apartment .

I had the pleasure of staying in this house, an experience that has exceeded my expectations. The apartment is a perfect combination of elegance, comfort. The impeccable cleanliness was immediately apparent. A high feature much appreciated was the private parking space, a real luxury considering the central location of the apartment. This convenience has proven invaluable, allowing us to explore the city without worrying about having to look for parking on your way back. The host was outstanding in every way. Your communication was impeccable from the first contact, with quick and accurate answers to all our questions. The check-in process was smooth and smooth, thanks to its clear instructions and availability. During the entire stay, she was attentive and caring, always ready to assist in case of need, also making herself available on Christmas Eve. I recommend it heartily.

Very nice, clean apartment in the Appio Latino area of Rome (1 min away form the Furio Camilo metro stop), which is a great neighbour for eating and drinking like Romans (I know the area as I lived there for awhile). The apartment has a nice balcony. The apartment is open plan, so the bedroom, living room and kitchen are all in one room. The kitchen was well equipped. Very quite (for Rome!), so I slept well and the doors/windows thankfully had black-out shutters to sleep better. Contact with Giannicola was very good, as he very responsive and friendly, as was Maurizio who did the check in. Thanks.

Luciana's place was awesomely strategic with a few caveats. The location of this Airbnb was perfect for exploring [Rome or cities nearby]. The apartment itself was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast, making it easy to stay connected. However, there are a couple of things to note for future guests: * Luggage: If you have large suitcases, be aware that there are quite a few stairs to navigate. * Parking: Parking is available outside the house, but if you have a larger vehicle (like ours, which is 6 meters long), you'll need to park in the designated space down the road. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place, especially for those without heavy luggage.

Serena is the most wonderful host! I loved the apartment, the atmosphere and the neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, it feels like you have your own little place in the big buzzing city. It has all the comfort that you need and it will make you feel at home. I have to give Serena the price of being the best host I have ever had! My bag got stolen late at night, and Serena saved my night by picking me up and bringing me back to the apartment. Really making sure I was save and sound. What a gem she is!! Make sure you have the most pleasant time in Rome by staying at her lovely apartment.

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

The host was waiting for us at the check-in time, gave us instructions and treated us so well! The place was just what we needed, huge space for a group of 5, amazing hot water and safe. 10/10

Our stay at Cristiana’s place in Rome was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to public transportation. The apartment itself was lovely—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was amazing and incredibly responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This accommodation was ideal for our needs and we are planning a return visit in the near future! The warm welcome and gracious hospitality extended to us by Massimiliano and his father were exceptional! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, peaceful and private…and the heating works like a charm! 😃🤗

Great place, exactly as described and in the photos. David was very responsive and helpful even with airport drop off in the morning. The bikes were great to ride about even though we didn't explore much as it was raining.

The villa is located in a quiet area not far from Fiumicino, in the area there are no amenities, it is advisable to be self-driving because in any case 10 minutes away there is the Leonardo Da Vinci Shopping Park where everything you need is located. The villa is very nice, being attentive to details, it has a full kitchen and equipped with everything you need, much appreciated the water offered by the host, which is not at all obvious from my travel experiences. The kitchen overlooks a large living room where there are two comfortable sofas (including 1 bed). The bedroom is very spacious with a large en-suite shower. Then there's a comfortable bathroom with another large shower. Finally, an outdoor space (definitely enjoyable in the warm months) much appreciated by Marlon, our little dog, where there is a large Jacuzzi bathtub, a plus to relax. Perhaps the only observation you can make is the lack of a wardrobe where you can arrange your clothes.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

We loved Carlo's apartment. He arranged for his son to greet us on arrival. His son helped carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs for us. They left wine, cake and snacks for us. Anytime we had a question Carlo would answer straight away. The apartment is a beautiful place and we would love to come and stay again. There were many stairs to get up to the apartment but we were aware of them before check in.

Great location. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Carmen is an excellent host. We'll be back.

Me and my fiancé and our dog have stayed 4 nights at Cristina's place. She sent us clear instructions how to get in. We really liked the building in the sense that it feels safe (there's a very simpatic genitor called Luka :) The apartment itself looks exactly like on photos. I liked drinking coffee on veranda in the morning, the bed is comfortable, we could wash our clothes in washing machine, and dry it outside, the bed felt comfortable, both bathrooms clean and we did use the jacuzzi and it was lots of fun. I actually am not a big fan of industrial style for a home but it felt like home coming from long walks in Rome. We watched the (big screen) TV in Italian, it was fun. For the location, there is a great park for dogs some 20minutes walking, many restoraunts, stores, and even green surfaces. To visit the city centre we went by car, it's some 30 minutes away. The neighborhood felt friendly, the food is amazing! Cristina is very nice and friendly! When in Rome I recommend her place!

Beautiful apartment, a penthouse by the sea with crazy views . Attention to detail , cleanliness , comfort , everything is perfect . Absolutely must live. I recommend it to everyone

Really happy I picked this place! The location is great, close to shops and metro! Everything at arms length really! The apartment is huge, comfortable and very nicely decorated! The beds are one of the best I slept in a while! Overall me and my friend had an amazing time! Big thanks to the host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and was do kind and welcoming! Thank you again!

Our stay was great. The hosts were extremely responsive and included detailed instructions for finding and getting into the apartment. They sent an extensive list of recommendations once we arrived. The place was immaculate. I wipe down surfaces, light switches, etc. when I arrive somewhere and everything was spotless. The location is pretty central to the train station and most of the major places most people visit when in Rome. There's a restaurant downstairs that is delicious. The apartment description is accurate. There are two large rooms with comfortable beds and excellent pillows. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets, as well. There are two bathrooms, though they are a little different than the average. One bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower attached to a bedroom. Attached to the other bedroom is a sink with a large bathtub/shower. There is also one with a sink, toilet, and bidet. We really enjoyed our time there and would stay there again.
