I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Belgium. It exceeded expectations in every way — beautifully luxurious, impeccably clean, and located in a perfect spot for exploring the city. Every detail, from the stylish decor to the high-end amenities, made for a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. A couple of minor suggestions: the key collection process could be simplified for convenience, and the second bedroom would benefit from having a proper bed instead of just a mattress. Overall, though, this is a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-located apartment in Belgium. I’d definitely return!

I was in Brussels with my nephew and sister. From the first moment we were very warmly welcomed in the beautiful apartment. Declan was always ready to answer questions and help us with deeds. We really enjoyed the time at Declan's place.

Lovely apartment! We had forgotten travel adapters and Sarah was really quick to help us out. Apartment felt safe, bright and clean with nice minimal decor. Lovely bathroom and kitchen, really clean. It took about 20-25 minutes (walking and train) to get into the centre but it was nice to get to see more of Brussels this way!

An absolutely perfect stay in Waterloo! From the moment you arrive, you can feel at home. The villa is tastefully decorated, perfectly clean, and designed for the total comfort of its occupants. Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom, which makes the stay for several really enjoyable. The beds are quality, the furniture is new, and everything is functional. There is nothing missing: water, coffee, amenities, everything is provided in every detail. The environment is soothing, surrounded by greenery, ideal for relaxing or even quietly working remotely. Special mention on the beautiful terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The location is also great: both close to nature and just minutes from shops, restaurants, and even Brussels. But what really makes the difference here is the host: Kurt is warm, attentive, available at every step of the stay for a perfect experience. This is a 100% recommended address!

I had such a lovely week at this beautiful home. I needed a spot to “live and work,” and this home was the perfect spot. The hostess is so gracious. The location is within easy walking distance of the metro and local shops. The neighborhood is quiet. And the garden is the perfect spot to relax in the evenings.

The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, modern and very well decorated. In the city center, close to all tourist attractions and Central Station. Very convenient access with code, modern and safe building. I definitely recommend it.
