The place is really nice, close to everything! It really includes everything you need to accommodate 8/10 people. It felt like home, plus the sea! Very responsive hosts when needed. We'll be back!

Very peaceful accommodation, beach within walking distance, convenience store and restaurants nearby. It is very hot in the accommodation during the day, the 2 fans were appreciated. Self check-in and checkout with very simple and quick lockbox, clear explanations. We had a great time at this place for two:)

Very well located location by the sea. Ease of getting to the port without using a car. I recommend it for anyone who wants to rest by the sea.

We felt at home! Christel is a friendly host and the house is wonderful. It is lovingly furnished and in great condition. Homes like Christel make vacations memorable. The outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi is an extra highlight. Our kids and we loved it. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

Stayed one night when travelling back from Spain to UK. Found the apartment to be clean and cosy with a nice comfortable bed. Liked the easy access to the private parking and the pet friendly features.

The place is beautiful, bright. It feels like home. The place is quiet. The bedding was comfortable. Olivier is nice, accommodating on check-in and check-out times. The pluses for us were: the beds made as well as the bath towels included in the rental, the proximity to the shops, the kitchen with all the amenities, the secure exterior for children. I would this property.

We wanted a quiet accommodation, not having to take the vehicle for shopping , the beach , being able to live outside and this accommodation and its geographical location corresponded in all respects to these criteria … The fact of being on the main street in the heart of bars and restaurants can leave you afraid of noise but once in the accommodation on the terrace side and on the terrace you are alone in the world ...Fabienne was very responsive when we asked her... we thank her for that ... Just a note to the owner of the premises: Madam , you have a place with a big potential , very pleasant , it's a shame that you don't maintain it a little more , it's small little works that won't ask you much: the wooden boards on the terrace that rise up and can be a danger for children , a little paint here and there , and a shower curtain, it's not very expensive and yours is doubtful , it's a shame!

We had a lovely week with the family. From the welcome by Emilie to the departure by the mother Maryse who is a very warm person. Before check-in and throughout the stay, Sabrina was available to answer any questions. We felt right at home with absolutely all the necessary amenities! We are very sensitive to cleanliness, nothing to say about it, it was impeccable. As indicated in the description, the accommodation is only a few minutes' walk from the beach. You also have supermarkets nearby. The listing is located in a private residence with parking space, not to mention the many spaces facing the listing. The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

We (a family of three) really enjoyed staying at Olivier's place. The house is very close to the beach & Olivier provides a lot of what you need on the beach (sun loungers, parasols, ...). The house is beautifully decorated, clean & we found everything we needed. If we had any questions, Olivier responded to messages very quickly. Overall, we liked it very much and if we come back to Marseillan Plage, we would like to take this house again.

Lovely time in this simple apartment a few steps from an amazing beach. It's not fancy but has everything you need for a beach stay and the shutters and Aircon are a nice touch.

From booking to departure, the host was easy to reach and responded quickly. Since there was a problem, she even came by in person and solved it. Top hostess. I will definitely be back .

We had a very nice time with Pieter and Carmen. The studio is cozy and you can use the garden including the pool. It still has a table that is outside, so you have privacy when you want to sit comfortably outside. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not so well equipped, which is why I would recommend bringing utensils if you wanted to cook. Overall we had a very good experience and can recommend this studio:)

I had amazing time at Christele’s villa. I would definitely recommend her villa to anyone and for sure would stay there again.

We had a great time at Gary's and were warmly welcomed, with the smile and availability of our host. The house is a haven of peace and silence, because although on the waterfront, the property is in a private condominium. Access to the pontoons is private as well, so we could eat on the terrace by the sea, in peace. We were off-season, so not at all bothered by the Ile des Loisirs across the street. We will definitely come back to Gary's, because it's close to the beaches, but also to Carcassonne, Narbonne, and many other beautiful places.

We felt comfortable. Two apartment keys were provided, which was sometimes very helpful. The apartment was handed over to us clean and is modernly furnished. It may be important for German vacationers. There is a normal filter coffee machine available. A tiny shortcoming: the number of outlets is manageable. It can't hurt to bring a multiple outlet.
