This location is well worth it. The space is gorgeous! The location is optimal for a walk to the beach. The sunsets and twilight hour are must experiences.

Carol communicates with you for everything you need, it is suppeeer flexible with the schedules, she has everything to cook in the apartment, super good host. This is our second time staying with her and very happy :)

The truth I was delighted with the place, would book again for a next time.

Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

Easy check in and comfortable! Very pleased with my stay and hope to use return. There were some water bug problems in the drawers but I think that’s because we were close to the water.

This is a gorgeous Airbnb! The outdoor shower and bathroom connected to the room was beautiful. Having AC in the best of El Paredon was really great and it was stunning to be here

It is a very nice and spacious house, has many amenities and is in front of the beach. Great communication and attention from Victor.

Great place to stay in El Paredón. Comfortable apartment, with air conditioning for each room and one for the room. Clean pool and social area in excellent condition. It has room for 2 small cars. The kitchen is well equipped. Good location with a store (Super24) a block away. Beach and restaurants are nearby. Excellent service from Manuel.

Sussan was always attentive to everything, responding at the moment. 100 points for the house, it is beautiful, very well located and super good option to spend a few days off.

Excellent place to rest and have a very good time. The social area is very comfortable with all the needs that one always wants to find (pool nearby, grill, sink, etc.) all the rooms with A/C, the super comfortable and functional rooms and the lady who helps in the house a thousand points, excellent attitude and very helpful.

Beautiful home, clean, and updated. Best part is right on beach to watch the sunset/sunrise. Quiet and peaceful, not a party type of beach. The host responded quickly. The person checking us in was very kind and nice as well. If you walk out to the main road, there are some really cheap restaurants/bars nearby.....but the foods were DELICIOUS. The house can be tricky to find. The host will send you the pinpoint location of the house for Waze, however, it was a little hard for us to find since it's located right behind the hotel. If you cannot find house, just go to Hotel Kaana Surf, El Paredon....the house is actually BEHIND the hotel. So go all the way to the end of that road and turn left. Ask for the phone # of the host, so you can easily call for help with directions. I would highly recommended this place. FYI, the foods at the Kaana Surf hotel were also soooo delicious and fresh.

I was able to relax in a home where the host's sense stood out. The sound of the waves when walking on the beach or when we woke up while watching the sunset made us happy.

Our stay was fantastic. Franz, he was very kind and attentive, and the property was impeccable and as described. The location was perfect and the little touches made the experience even better.

Everything was very nice and very close to the beach, incredible attention.

Great place there was water provided to drink, could use a list of recommended places to eat at and times, didn’t know the area but we were able to buy food to cook at home or eat out. Places selling food did t open until 10 am around the area and could use an update on pans, had utensils and plates, bowls. We bought local catfish and sea fish in the area. We did see a gecko inside and were able to get rid ourselves. Other than that, loved the fact we had our own pool it was definitely not busy this time of year. Would come back if the opportunity was there.

Very nice and beautiful place at the same time, the host was very friendly and was very helpful and doña gloria or say a very friendly person and above all helped us in everything, I recommend it 100% if they want to have a pleasant experience with their family.

The condo was wonderful! The private patio was used the most. It had amazing views of the lagoon pool and sunset.

It's a wonderful quiet place to spend your vacation time with family and friends. We had a big group and this place has enough beds for everyone. The housekeeper was really friendly and will come only if you want her to. We'll definitely be coming back to this villa in the future.
