The cottage is TOP equipped and offers everything your heart desires. The garden is fully fenced, very large and has a fantastic view from the terrace. We felt very comfortable in it. In the immediate vicinity of the cottage are great hiking trails with small streams for hiking leisure, as well as various supermarkets for the physical well-being. We were completely satisfied and will definitely be back. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We were away for a weekend with a friend group. It is a very nice accommodation, enough space and a nice outdoor accommodation. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. In short: recommended to go!

The place is very spacious, perfect for a large group. It is almost like renting a small motel with 8 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Professional kitchen with fast heating oven and quick dish washing machine helps also preparing food for large group of people. The host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this place.

Jasper was fast to message back if we ever messaged him needing anything. He was flexible for us arriving to his house. The house itself was absolutely stunning and spacious, the pictures don’t do it justice. We felt right at home in the house. We would love to go back again to stay!

Very pleasant was the wood stove already burning on arrival in the living room and the warm welcome of the hostess with lots of useful information. The living and dining area is very spacious and yet cozily equipped. The bathrooms are modern and the individual bedrooms are nicely decorated. From the beginning a successful weekend, highly recommend it.

Steven and Karen's house is a gem! Everything has been thought of and the house is qualitatively and tastefully decorated. It is breathtakingly beautifully located and the ideal place to relax and unwind. You can take beautiful walks there and for more adventure you will be in Coo by car. Checking out at 5pm on Sundays is an incredible added value! Thank you so much for this wonderful weekend, we'd love to come back!

The house was in a great location. Within walking distance of the village. Ideal for a large group. Plenty of beds. 3 kitchens and a large living room and dining room. Large garden ideal for families. The hostess Elodie was excellent! She responds right away and is super friendly and flexible!

I'm a bit hesitant to write a review, cause i'd love to keep this place to myself! We had an incredible weekend with a group of dads and sons, the house is just perfect for this. Location, you're on the Eifelsteig route, the Laufenbach river is literally in the yard. And inside it has all the comfort you need. Most bedrooms on a different floor than living room and kitchen, which is great when some stay up late and others sleep early. Fantastic fireplace and sauna. We had an incredible time. So I gave it all away ;-)

We had a beautiful time with our large family of 8 adults + 5 children. We did bring our own baby cots because they are not available. The rooms are big enough and there are plenty of bathrooms and toilets. The kitchen and dining space are also large enough. The house is located on a quite busy street but there are a lot of quiet and beautiful village streets nearby for long walks. There are plenty of games in the house and there is a fantastic garden! The kitchen may be a bit on the small side for a large group and the microwave/oven combi is not so easy to use for oven dishes. But those are very small points, in general we are very satisfied. Just look up when an additional tourist tax was requested via SMS after the payment/completion of the booking via Airbnb. It's more correct to list this right away, it was almost 100€ for a weekend anyway. In itself also no tripping point, we look back on a beautiful holiday.

Justine’s place was perfect for attending the race at Spa. It’s just far enough away to be out of the mayhem but close enough to get there and back with ease and No anxiety. Also, ask Justine to give you back road instructions and you can travel through the forest to get to nominally priced parking which has shuttle buses to and from the track every 15 minutes. The house was beautiful with a phenomenal view and close to grocery stores as well. It was spotless and Justine’s communications were immediate. She was also super helpful in offering some adapters since I wasn’t sure the ones I ordered would show up in time. Large spacious 4 piece bath with towels galore. Worth every penny!!!!

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful villa with pool. The place is spacious, very well maintained and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The kids loved enjoying the pool and outdoor areas. In addition, Ronald is very responsive and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect for a relaxing and exotic vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

My mother and I stayed at the villa in Sweikhuizen for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and there was a welcome package ready for us. From here we explored the area and made trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Belgium. A good base. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are good. There is heated from two A/C'but when you set it to a fixed temperature, the temperature throughout the house is pleasant.

A smooth 10 out of 10. Cleanliness: Top Facilities: Top Host: Top Everything was just perfect. The owners were very easy to reach, very friendly and helpful. There's absolutely nothing to improve here.

We rented this house to celebrate new years eve with 6 people. We really enjoyed our stay. The place has everything what you need available for a comfortable stay. The house is very clean and warm. Nice terrace with a beautiful backyard and view. Additional thanks for having full kitchen equipment and utensils. Very friendly and helpful host. Gently recommended.
