The place is very spacious, perfect for a large group. It is almost like renting a small motel with 8 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Professional kitchen with fast heating oven and quick dish washing machine helps also preparing food for large group of people. The host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this place.

We were 3 couples and enjoyed the stay very much, very clean, very quiet, everything was available. Sabrina is a wonderful host, she was very accommodating to me. I can only recommend this place!

We enjoyed the stay very much. The view was fantastic, the hostess informed us about the area and possible hiking trails and the house was larger than in the pictures! The best thing I thought was that the heating was already on when we arrived :) Mireille was incredibly helpful and very available and proactive. I forgot my hair dryer and she sent it directly to the Netherlands. I was so relieved and happy! Very nice place, we'd love to come back.

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

It is a very big house in a very nice location. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very nice, I recommend it!

We had a midweek with the family. The villa is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. The park on which it is located is beautiful, uncluttered and there is plenty to do. Check-in at the desk also went smoothly and we got plenty of explanations about the park and the area. Both grandparents and grandchildren had a great time. Both in and outside the villa. We were 15 people but it didn't feel like we were all inside. Together, but also some private space. We would book again soon.

I'm a bit hesitant to write a review, cause i'd love to keep this place to myself! We had an incredible weekend with a group of dads and sons, the house is just perfect for this. Location, you're on the Eifelsteig route, the Laufenbach river is literally in the yard. And inside it has all the comfort you need. Most bedrooms on a different floor than living room and kitchen, which is great when some stay up late and others sleep early. Fantastic fireplace and sauna. We had an incredible time. So I gave it all away ;-)

We had the best time in this beautiful house with a group of friends. The house looks like in the pictures. You can reach Spa easily by foot and the surrounding is stunning. The communication with Alexandre was very easy and he arranged a perfect weekend program for us. I would definitely recommend this house for further group trips!

Great nice big house with many facilities, wonderfully rural location. Very suitable for trips in the North Ardennes, Eifel (Monschau), Aachen and Maastricht. Sabine is super attentive and flexible. Sincerely recommended!

Great place to stay, the hosts were always friendly and helpful

It is a beautiful house, with all the comforts. The spacious garden is also well worthwhile. Nice base near Liège!

Fabulous old house with modern amenities, gorgeous tree-filled views, and a private swimming pool. Multiple dining spaces, multiple living spaces, and of course outdoor space near the pool. Modern windows and old, thick stone walls help the house to stay cool even on the hottest days. Convenient to shopping in Fléron, and trains into Liège from Trooz. Many stairs make the house inappropriate for people with disabilities, and low doorways make it inconvenient for tall people.

Wonderful surroundings and fantastic living room with piano. And lovely pool.
