Beachfront holiday rental in Escambron Beach

Extremly good communication with the host. The place is fantastic but unfortunatelly we had to cancel after first night and move to the hotel due to the Island power outage. It was hard with two small children without AC, refrigerator or hot water. The host was very responsive and fully refunded our stay. The view from this apartment was great and the fireworks at New Years Eve were spectacular to watch from the balcony. Walking distance to everything you need grocery, restaurants. The buliding had a huge pool and is literraly on the beach. So easy to drive to San Juan and other surrandings.

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

I felt safe staying at Erick’s place, and I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The bed is so so comfortable (especially after walking around all day on pregnant feet). It’s quiet at nighttime. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that are a quick walk or 10 minute drive away. La Placita nightlife is less than ten minutes away. The pharmacy was nearby for anything I needed late at night. Old San Juan was easy to get to by car. I really liked that a parking spot was included here. I would 100% stay here again.

This Ocean Park Beach condo had everything we needed. I could look out the window every day and gaze at the stunning ocean/beach view to see what kind of weather to expect. We were right across the street from the beach so in just a few steps we could jump into the beautiful ocean or just camp out for the day to watch the kitesurfers and wing foilers do their water ballet. There was a reef about a half mile offshore that protected the beach from the huge open ocean winter swell, resulting in just a small shore break. The condo was fresh, clean, bright, and was equipped with everything we needed. The AC kept the room cool and dry. The room was very secure. A key was required to enter the building, and the same key was used in the elevator to get to the 4th floor. We never had any problem finding a parking spot for our rental car. We walked to a different restaurant every evening and found outstanding quality and variety in this little community. I will be back to Ocean Park!

The house is great with everything you might need. Comfortable beds, clean space. Milarys is really helpful, proactive and answered to any questions immediately. This is our second time staying at Milarys place with the family and will definitely come back.

Milly’s place was ideal. Located on the beach in a building with great security, walking distance to restaurants and the local grocery store. Milly actually met us upon arrival and showed us around the unit. She also followed up if everything was ok. Unit was very clean and we enjoyed morning coffee with windows open, watching all the beach activities. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful clean place close to everything and the beach is just a few steps away! This airbnb got everything you need for a beach day. Chairs, towels, beach blankets, cooler , just everything. Will def come back to this airbnb! And the host Milly she is amazing!

The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and nearby local restaurants. Very safe neighborhood. The stay was wonderful, clean , and spacious. I really enjoyed that he provided bug spray, sunblock, beach chairs, and a cooler since most of my days were spent at the beach or outdoors. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again. Thanks for being a wonderful host.

We had a great stay here! Great amenities and thoughtful additions for guests including beach chairs, sunscreen, and beach towels. The building was under construction which could be noisy at times but did not take away from our stay. Access to the beach is unmatched! And Lizette was extremely accommodating on both ends of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We liked the tranquility of the beach, we could hear the rings from the balcony. We forgot to bring water bottles, but there was a small supermarket 2-3 minutes from the entrance.

Great place ! Perfect to stay with family ! If you want to explore the island this place is for you.! Cause is in the middle of the principal places in puerto Rico. The pool is very nice! And the best is the host Camile!

The balcony view and beach access is to die for. The apartment is stocked with beach chairs and towels which is great! The area around is walkable and residential, with tons of bars and restaurants a short Uber or walk away. Kat is super responsive and proactive, with recommendations about the area.

I stayed here with six friends for a long weekend and had the best time! The apartment is right on a beautiful, quiet beach—we actually ended up preferring it to some of the other beaches we tried that were further away. It's within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, drug stores, hotels, and other shops, and a 10-minute drive from the old town. It couldn't have been more convenient. The place is spacious and easily sleeps eight. The host was very communicative, and coordinated with the building so that those of us who arrived before check-in could drop our bags.

Great place with beautiful view. Pablo is an excellent host very helpful and responsive at all times. We enjoy staying there.

We had an amazing time and loved the place! It was in the middle of everything. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and we couldn’t appreciate it more.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

The house looked just like the photos. Beautiful views from all the rooms. I love preparing meals and looking out at the ocean, our daughter loved the swings just steps from the house. The beach near the Embassy gate was nicer than the public beach on the other side. Some searching is needed to find a favorite beach but Nereidia was helpful for that. Convenient to the SuperMax grocery store as well. Our kids loved the bowling next store by the casino which was a 5 minute walk. Check out Tony’s place bakery nearby too! I got all my laundry done with the great laundry system. Great coming home with clean clothes!

Thank you for a wonderful stay Nadia! We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! We had a wonderful family vacation at K's place in Isla Verde! We stayed for a long weekend with our young kids (ages 1 and 5) and the condo was perfectly set up for families. Having such easy access to the beach was so nice, and K even provided beach toys that the kiddos loved. She was also so accommodating and helpful in coordinating our baby equipment rentals (crib, high chair, etc.), working directly with the rental company to make the drop-off and pick-up easier so that everything was ready for us when we got there. Overall we had a great trip and would absolutely stay here again!

Jorge was a GREAT HOST! Was there for check in and walked us through everything! Location was exactly what we were looking for. Private, secluded but drivable.

We had a great stay here! The patio area with edison bulb lighting, grill, table and comfortable seating area was super cozy. Plenty of great places to shop and dine nearby and having the private gated parking spot for our rental car was a great bonus and made it really easy to load/unload luggage, and embark on our adventures each day. We had a fantastic stay! The place had a ton of amenities, matched the photos and description, and was close to a bunch of attractions! Veronica was super responsive, had a ton of local insight, and was incredibly pleasant! We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Puerto Rico!
