Ed shares this beautiful home in the welcoming way an old friend would. With excellent communication, recommendations, and always willing to help make our stay more comfortable. Ed was easy to talk to and very easy to get in touch with. The property is beautiful and the home is fun, with many amenities. Everything you need and more to cook is in the large kitchen. I would highly recommend ed’s home for a space to reunite or share with friends or family.

Large house in a very remote area. Approximately 70 acres. It was very relaxing and was nice to enjoy the pool which was professionally cleaned before arrival. The master bath has an incredible view of the mountains and an enormous shower. Pool table was fun and well taken care of. We stayed on probably one of the hotter weekends and the house cooled down at night pretty well just by opening the windows. Most rooms had ceiling fans if no other fans were provided. I can imagine this house would be amazing in the winter or fall too. With the screened in fireplace room and additional fire place inside the main house. You’re also close to 2 ski mountains each about 18 miles away. I could see myself renting again in the future. Thanks again

We enjoyed our stay at the Brick House! There was lots to discover from the loft to the books and the games. They enhanced our stay making us feel right at home. The house was clean and inviting. We would stay here again.

Stepping Stones is a treasure of a home. It’s an authentic colonial era homestead with a lot of amazing history. The grounds and setting are bucolic. We loved feeding the chickens our scraps and collecting fresh eggs. The pool was a delight. There’s so much space for a large gathering of friends and family to feel at home and still each have our own personal space. Be prepared for normal old home quirks like uneven floors and basic bathrooms. But the plumbing works just fine, the kitchen is well equipped, there are ac’s in all the bedrooms to keep things comfortable on hot nights. We didn’t need them most of the time, though. The WiFi is great. Boo is the most welcoming host. 100% would recommend!!!

Set upon the eastern bluffs of the Berkshire hills, Highfields farm is a stunningly beautiful property with great vistas. The autumn leaves were changing and the crisp clear mornings gave way to comfortably warm days.! The night sky was spectacular without light pollution. We will be back

Kelsey’s place was nothing short of perfect. My family and I hadn’t been back to Mass in many years, and we needed a good place to have everyone together again in one place - this place fit the bill and more! The house and backyard are beautiful. You get plenty of space while still feeling cozy. The backyard was perfect for a BBQ and the grass area provided plenty of space for my kiddo to run around and play. You’re also wicked close to the lake and have plenty of places to explore. Kelsey was extremely responsive and kind, and even let us extend our stay a few days because we were having such a wonderful time. I hope to stay here again when we come back next year!

This was our second stay at his beautiful house in Becket - and I am sure we'll be back again. Three hours from NY and its the perfect place to relax, get out of the city and unwind - which is what we all need from time to time!!

Wonderful place! Spotless, clean, clutter free, and had everything we needed. Instructions and labels around the house were super clear and helpful. All amenities exactly as listed. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive, mainly for questions, and especially when we were being loud she was very professional and saved us from getting in trouble. Could not recommend this space enough

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

This place is just as described. Comfortable and warm. We had a great and relaxed time. I must stay the best for me was the powerful and warm shower after a day of skiing. Then just relaxing on the couch.

Christine’s home is so comfortable and well-situated! Right down the road from Brattleboro and VT Country Deli, and right next to a park with trails (literally, in the backyard)! The home comes with heated flooring and garage, *fancy* bathroom, comfortable beds, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Christine was so friendly and made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. Thanks Christine!

This was our second time to stay. It had a gorgeous view surrounded by beautiful trees. It was so peaceful and relaxing with everything we needed. James is so easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommended!

This is a place that gives families the time, simplicity, and space to relax together and reconnect. All of the happiness and love of many generations fills the air. This is a wonderful setting for extended families and friends to gather. There is a lot for everyone to do at the house, the lake, and in the Monadnock region. This is a one of a kind property that is very special today more than ever.

Great place to stay! Just as the listing states, it's in Holyoke right across from a lovely park (our kids are teens, but there's a playground right there for the younger set). Very easily accessible to other points in the Pioneer Valley. Joseph is a friendly and responsive host -- he even offered to pick up groceries for us since we were arriving on a holiday! Would stay again when we are in the area.

Every year for my birthday I like to get out of NYC and go enjoy the snowy mountains of the Berkshire and VT area. I had my original accommodations fall through last minute so finding this spot was truly a blessing. From the hot tub, to the ample space, and the fire place this spot really made my whole weekend. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. Me and my friends have vowed this going to be the spot every year! Thank you for everything 😊😊

My friends & I stayed here for a long weekend & it was perfect! Super close to the mountain which was important to us. Plenty of room for 12 guests. We would stay here again!

Julie is such a kind, thoughtful, and responsive host! The cottage is adorable and offered everything we needed. It was so cozy; it was hard to leave! I absolutely loved how dog friendly Julie is and the cottage reflects that as well. There were dog beds, blankets, toys, leashes, and clean-up bags available to us! The outdoor space is lovely and provided great walk opportunities for us and our two big pups. We loved our stay and hope to come back again!

We had a great Christmas holiday in this comfortable and family friendly home. It is very convenient for walking into town and also access to the food Coop, supermarket and restaurants. The house is well stocked (eg. Paper towels, toilet paper,etc) and has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and baking. Communication was excellent, as usual. The host and housekeeper are friendly, proactive and responsive. We would highly recommend renting this home and expect to be back.

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

Joel’s place was perfect for our last-minute stay under unexpected circumstances with family visiting from Florida. The home was clean, organized, and made us feel right at ease. Joel’s response time was outstanding, and he promptly addressed all our questions and concerns. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and welcoming place, this is it. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again in the future. 10/10!

Celine and Lisa’s home was perfect for our family ski vacation. It is within a 3 minute drive to the slopes and we felt very comfortable settling back in front of the warm fire and using the kitchen (well stocked with supplies) after a cold day on Mount Snow. The hot tub was a perfect touch. We got heavy snow on our 3rd day and were delighted to see that a plow and shoveler arrived early the next morning to ensure the driveway and walkway were clear. Would definitely stay here again for our next ski vacation.

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy it! Jen goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your stay. The place is always clean and welcoming, and the hot tub is a real draw.
