Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Erie County

Bill was a great host and responsive to our needs and one issue that we had. Would highly recommend this house to others staying in the Amherst area, definitely beats a hotel!

We honestly were only here to sleep so I can’t give much of a review however the house was clean and beds were comfortable. House is extremely close to Niagara Falls state park!

The place is perfect, exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Clean, tidy, cozy, warm and has all the features for short-term staying. Great location: quiet, but easy to get to eateries and a gas station. Special thanks to the host. Alan responded rapidly to our questions. After a snowfall, the driveway was cleaned early in the morning. We had a wonderful family weekend

We had a great time at Julie’s private hideaway! The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very cozy with a gas fireplace in the living room and a lit Christmas tree to greet us! We were in town to see a Bills game and this house is a great find within a 30 minutes of the stadium. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Julie!

Amazing place for our family for a long term stay. Beautiful home with everything you need. Great location with places within walking distance and a nice neighborhood to walk around. Extremely responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Thank you for a really great stay! This was our second time in your home and we love the addition of the upstairs bedroom. My wife would be mad if I didn't add that it is beautifully decorated, yet cozy and feels like a home. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Communication is great and every need is thought of. We will definitely stay again. Oh yeah and the location is great for shopping, dining and football fans.

Great cozy apartment with a comfy bed and a very nice kitchen. Right around the corner are the bakeries, a cafe, and ice cream. Street parking was available right in front of the house.

Awesome find in Buffalo! Beautiful decor and welcoming … comfortable beds and amazing shower. Wish we could have stayed longer, but were headed to a hockey tournament! Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed at Nancy’s a few times. When I plan my trips to Buffalo, I always look to see if her place is available. It’s comfortable clean and convenient to my family. It feels like my home away from home.

Location is close to downtown, there are also some decent little neighbourhood restaurants within a block or two! BreadHive Bakery is top bins. Albert’s was very clean, there was a full kitchen, decent living room space and spacious for two. We brought a car and I was a bit worried about street parking availability, but it was never an issue. Thanks for having us! Would definitely consider coming again.

My daughter and I stayed at Cheryl's place to visit UB. Cheryl was incredibly kind and had great communication! We had a late flight coming from Seattle, and she sent photos of how it looks at night to make it easy to find. It was very convenient from the airport. Cheryl was also wonderful when I accidentally left an important item behind. The place itself was adorable and had everything we could possibly need! The neighborhood is so charming! I will definitely stay again if my daughter attends UB or if I am in Buffalo. Highly recommend!

We love staying at Andy's! As a Buffalo native, I appreciate it's close proximity to family - but also how centrally located it is to everything. A stone's throw from the airport, but also just minutes away from anywhere you could want to be - about 20 minutes from any of the sports stadiums (Go Bills!), amazing wings just down the road, and a quick ride down 33 to points downtown and beyond. Its also comfy and clean, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I came into town with my cousin for the Bills game on Sunday and a VA appointment on Monday. The house was immaculate, and had everything we needed. Having two full bathrooms was greatly appreciated. I have a bunch of issues with my spine, knees, and hips so i slept on the couch. The couch was very comfortable, and my cousin stated that the bed, which i believe had a memory foam mattresses, was extremely comfortable. Attached to the apartment is a bakery, and deli. You can smell the delicious food from the house. We were only 6 minutes from Highmark stadium, and about 20-30 minutes from downtown Buffalo, but there were plenty of food places nearby. I would 100% rebook if, and when i come back in town to see another game. I received numerous messages making sure i was ok, and letting me know to contact them if i needed anything which i didn't.

This place is an absolute gem. Beautiful historic building super close to downtown and Buffalos Hispanic heritage district. Excellent food and grocery choices within blocks and access to the thruway to get anywhere in the city and beyond. Great interior space that felt like home and really had me thinking I could live in this place! Again, a gem!

Very spacious and neat stay , probably 8 mins from Niagara Falls park. Unfortunately it is located in a sketchy neighborhood. We had a good stay tho just beware gives off hood vibes

Jessica's apartment was just as pictured on the listing. Check in was easy and we had no issues getting into the apartment and settled. Everything was there that we could possibly need for our stay. Its location right next to the Martin House was really special and there is an especially great view from the kitchen windows. The street the house is on is also very picturesque and quintessential Buffalo. There is even a great pub in walking distance, the Parkside Meadow, which was perfect for a quick bite after we got settled in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great hosts and accommodation and the neighbourhood was wow: clean large lovely accommodation within a beautiful neighbourhood! Will be my first choice of a place to stay when i’m in Buffalo.
