The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

This was a repeat visit for us, as it has everything we needed and is close to HPP. There was quite a bit of noise from upstairs on the Sunday evening when we arrived, but we didn't notice it after that. Overall very happy.

Enjoyed my stay at Milen & Jenny’s studio apartment. They were very accommodating to my last minute request and quick to resolve a small mistake. Room was clean, tidy and all instructions were clear. This is no fault of the hosts whatsoever as they provided numerous recommendations in the booking confirmation but it’s worth noting parking was a bit of a faff. Wasn’t possible to unload the car outside the property and had to park 5-10 mins away in a multi story car park. There is on street parking but I wouldn’t rely on there being a space. Would stay again! Ideal if you’re planning a stay near the Peak District.

The house was amazing, exactly as described, me and my partner really enjoyed our stay and the fact we could have our dog there made it even better! The balcony with spa and tv were everything we could have asked for! Definitely recommending and will hopefully be back some time soon

We hosted my Sister’s surprise 30th sleepover at this stunning and quirky loft. Our stay was exceptional….the varying eclectic decor gave us plenty of talking points and photo opportunities. There was plenty to do….hot tub, sauna, fußball. Everyone commented on how unusual but superb the accommodation was. The host was great to communicate with; from booking, right through to our stay. I would highly recommend this hidden gem!

I booked this accommodation for colleagues working in the area. and the location was perfect. Ana-Maria's place provided all the home comforts required when working away from home. Ana-Maria is a great communicator and if we are in the area again I will definitely book with her again .

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

Pleasant, comfy house in an attractive area. Plenty of bathrooms and the lounge is lovely. Great to have a private parking space. My family were happy here for three nights. It is a good area with some of the main Peak District attractions not far to drive to.

This was a perfect place to stay, in fact so good we stayed a few more weeks. Carole has the house set just right and we felt very much at home from the moment we arrived - everything you could want was there and extremely well presented. Carole was always quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating our changes. The house is super quiet, cosy and well placed for Somersall Park and trips to Bakewell. The apartment is set in a peaceful area with stunning woodland views and surrounding. Lots of great walks to set off in from the doorstep and Matlock Bath , Cromley Wharf etc with all its historical places of interest and quaint antiques, books and arts & crafts shops to visit within a short drive away

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful annex! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The property was incredibly cozy and well-maintained, offering a perfect balance of comfort and charm. Aiden, the host, was exceptional — so welcoming and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. There were so many thoughtful extras, from the little touches in the kitchen to the cozy linens and plush towels. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

The flat was perfect for our needs - conveniently located in the middle of a pleasant village with great amenities, including an artisan coffee shop and one of the best Indian's in Derbyshire. Jazzy was very responsive to our enquiries and kept us updated during the booking and check-in process. The mattress was a bit thinner than we expected but the king size bed was comfortable and the bedding was very cosy and warm. The flat was also easy to heat, which was important because we visited during a cold & wet spell. I would imagine the steel stairs to the flat could be a bit troublesome for older guests when its raining but we had no issues as they were very sturdy. It was really good value at a very fair price point for the property. We would definitely stay here again. Jazzy was an excellent host. Thanks Jazzy!

We had a wonderful time staying in Phill's beautiful apartment. Particularly appreciated the warm, friendly welcome from Phill and comfortable bedrooms. Perfect location too - walkable to city centre but tucked away in the lovely, peaceful Park Estate. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Really lovely cottage, very clean, designed & decorated to a high standard. Bob & Paula were very friendly and met us on arrival to get us settled. Kitchen was well equipped with the every day basics that you need, only thing we missed was a wok. Great space for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs. Shower was lovely especially after a long day walking in the surrounding beautiful countryside. It really was the perfect base to explore from. Possibly the comfiest bed we've ever stayed in! The yoga studio looked amazing but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it, hopefully next time as we'll definitely be back for more exploring!

Definitely home away from away the minute we walked theough the door. Was absolutely spotless, but had lovely little touches that made it feel so homely and comfortable. The bed room was a good size, with comfortable bed and lovely clean linen. With added essentials like a hair dryer and iron, the room really was great. The bathroom was spotless, shower was easy to use with great pressure and the water temperature was perfect. Living room come dinning room was our favourite room, nice and light with big windows, tv with netflix. Comfy sofa bed, and all the amenities you could possibly need. Honestly couldnt fault a thing sbout the apartment and would be booking with James again in the future. Communication with James has been brilliant throughout, as he always replied a quickly, and made sure we knew we could ask him anything. Was very happy for thr price we paid for the apartment especial due to its central location and proximity to a wealth of food outlets and shops. Thank you James

We had a fantastic stay. The flat is a perfect base for exploring the nearby forest. It was warm and cosy and had everything we needed. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a co-op and bakery. Sarah and Paul are great hosts.

We had 4 adults and 3 children under 5 years stay for two nights. The kids loved it with plenty if space for them to run around and for the adults to socialise. The running joke of the weekend was trying to find something to complain about because we couldn't. Everything in the apartment is of premium quality. From the beds and quilts to the bowls and mugs. You can tell the owners care for the apartment and the experience of the guest. Apartment was spotless when we arrived. The views and locations is fantastic. The sound of running water very calming. I will be back for sure.
