Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Large fully equipped independent studio of 45 m2 with mezzanine and private garden space on large enclosed property. Great for a couple or family with kids. Atypical and green setting close to the Villennes train station (line J, direct St Lazare in 22 minutes), or the RER A to Poissy and the A13&A14 motorways that take Paris 30 minutes away. Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Welcome to our home. As a couple or solo, with or without children, with friends, you can live there independently. We live on the 1st floor and the entire ground floor (more than 60 square meters) and the garden are for you. Enjoy the calm after visiting Paris! We are less than 10 minutes from the train station (RER A), shops and the international school, no need for a car. My place is near Chaponval train station (line H-a minus 10 min walk) and near bus stop line 9507. It is ideal for solo and business travellers. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist places. Located in a detached house, it includes: a small furnished studio with separate entrance, a mezzanine, 1 kitchenette with ceramic hobs, microwave, shower, sink area and wc. It's small but very functional, a little like in a camper.
