Good location, kind host and super helpful.

Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The host was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. She surprised us with a homemade apple pie, and the fridge was already filled upon our arrival – even coffee was available. The kitchen has everything you need for your daily needs. The garden was huge and just perfect for our dogs who had plenty of room to romp around. The location is also great – the path to the sea is not far and easy to reach. The only downside was the beds, which were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. But all in all we had a very nice time and would definitely recommend the house, especially for dog owners!

Cute, spacious, tidy and well equipped house and surroundings where the kids felt very homely. I recommend for families.

We stayed for the second time in the red house for sure that we would find the beautiful house equipped with everything you need and very close to the center. Hosts are always friendly and helpful.

This is a fantastic place in a quiet area within few minutes of shops and restaurants. The flat is private and clean, with good wifi connection. Plenty of space for 5-6 people. The host is responsive and very flexible. Would definitely come again.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

The house is very nice. Everything you need is there. Very clean and even nicer than in the pictures. The garden and the pool were fantastic. We felt very comfortable.

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. Spacious and well-maintained house, with a beautiful outdoor space. Hosts have also always been very helpful.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

Lovely place to take a solo or family vacation. Beautiful to stay and enjoy the pool, or visit nearby places. Lovely host, she gave us a tour and great recommendations of near by restaurants. Will recommend this place to anyone.

Everything is in order, this is our third time staying here. Responsive host. Apartment is not missing anything, including children's games. The area is quiet and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby in case of need. Very close to highway.

This place was so perfect for my son and me! The location was perfect being only a 5 minute walk to St Marks Square and 7 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Lu is such an amazing host, giving us very helpful instructions with navigating the Vaporetto getting there, and then meeting us, plus precisely how to get to the airport, plus she provided wonderful restaurants recommendations and even made a reservation for us, which turned out to be our favorite restaurant we went to on our 3 days there! She was also helpful providing ideas on where to go for New Years and offering to make another reservation for us! The apartment is huge and the 2 bathrooms were so nice to have! I loved the Venetian style! There are 4 flights of stairs but that didn’t bother us at all. I would highly recommend Lu’s place and would stay here again!

The location is really central and street parking, even if for a fee, has always been easy. The apartment is very spacious equipped with everything you need.

The place was great, modern, clean. The apartment is large (we have stayed 2 adults and 2 children). The price of the accommodation also includes an umbrella and a parking space (the car can be parked in the blue zone). we very much welcomed cleaning products (broom, shovel and mop for sweeping, especially the sand that one carries from the beach). The air conditioning is also great. The apartment has 2 balconies and blackout blinds on the windows, which I welcomed especially because of the children). The apartment is in the center, close to the beach and all the action, but also close to the aquapark. It's also possible to rent a bike, but we didn't use that. Overall, I recommend Lucio's place!

Great place to stay with lots to do and a lovely community. The cabin was perfect to relax in.

Klaus’ villa was an absolute dream and exceeded our expectations – it is not only as on the pictures, but even more beautiful! You can feel the attention to detail in every corner, the terrace, the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool are pure relaxation. The outdoor kitchen with the charcoal grill completes the experience perfectly! Klaus is a fantastic host – always available and super friendly. The personal welcome and the extensive info folder full of great tips were just great. The garden is completely enclosed, which was ideal for our energetic dog. Privacy was well protected thanks to the hedges and fences. Cepljani is the perfect base! Rovinj, Porec and Novigrad are easily accessible, and Umag is only 5 minutes away. We can especially recommend the pizzeria in Babici – Klaus’ tip was right! Dear Klaus, Thank you for this fantastic time! We sincerely hope to come back! 😊
