This has to be the best house in Piran, the house and gardens are absolutely fantastic, even better than the photos portray. Location couldn’t be better and the communication with Misa is excellent, thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home. We would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Piran, I don’t think there’s a better Airbnb available!

We spent a few days at this apartment with our 5 year old daughter. The apartment is really beautiful even more beautiful than in the photos. The area is very quiet and Petra's animals are very nice (especially Lexa). We were very touched by all the attention of Petra upon arrival ( bottle of wine, macarons, almond from the garden, coloring book and sweets for our daughter...) The location is ideal for discovering the Vipava Valley and shining in the southwest of the country. Italy is also very close and you can access the Italian beaches in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this listing!

Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The host was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. She surprised us with a homemade apple pie, and the fridge was already filled upon our arrival – even coffee was available. The kitchen has everything you need for your daily needs. The garden was huge and just perfect for our dogs who had plenty of room to romp around. The location is also great – the path to the sea is not far and easy to reach. The only downside was the beds, which were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. But all in all we had a very nice time and would definitely recommend the house, especially for dog owners!

The accommodation is perfect, I would definitely recommend it. The view is beautiful and the hot tub is too good, everything is much better than in the photos. We didn't miss a thing. We'll definitely be back, thank you!!

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were in 5 masks to visit to see the race of the covid climbing Castelmonte, the convenient location to reach the track and once we returned after the race we felt in paradise, a beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a table great for alfresco dinners. We will definitely be back highly recommended.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

We were completely happy with the apartment. The landlord responded directly to our request - we had booked at short notice the day before. We were received in a very friendly manner, communication in German was easily possible. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures/descriptions. A supermarket is directly opposite, bike rental possible from the landlord, alternatively bike rental 5 min. walk away. The old town is a short walk away - about 15 minutes. You can also walk to the beach - about 20 minutes. Car could be parked directly in front of the apartment in the yard. The pool and the spacious area around the pool can be used by all residential parties. Our apartment was right on the thoroughfare, but we were aware of this by the reviews read and did not bother us, as the windows are very well insulated. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor seating area with brick BBQ is particularly great. Unfortunately, it was still a bit too cold for the beautiful pool 😉 Neven is a nice and totally uncomplicated host who was able to give many helpful tips (wineries, restaurants, bathing places). Thank you for the great time!

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

Despite very late and spontaneous request (our previous accommodation had canceled us), these extremely friendly landlords managed to prepare the entire house for 9 adults and a child in a few hours. Everything clean and homely, kitchen equipment, etc., was also great! We will be happy to come back. Sincere thanks for enabling a beautiful and cozy family weekend!

This place was so perfect for my son and me! The location was perfect being only a 5 minute walk to St Marks Square and 7 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Lu is such an amazing host, giving us very helpful instructions with navigating the Vaporetto getting there, and then meeting us, plus precisely how to get to the airport, plus she provided wonderful restaurants recommendations and even made a reservation for us, which turned out to be our favorite restaurant we went to on our 3 days there! She was also helpful providing ideas on where to go for New Years and offering to make another reservation for us! The apartment is huge and the 2 bathrooms were so nice to have! I loved the Venetian style! There are 4 flights of stairs but that didn’t bother us at all. I would highly recommend Lu’s place and would stay here again!

Great, clean place, close to the beach and all the attractions. Recommended.

The 6th of us had a relaxing week with two dogs, although the weather was unfortunately sometimes not so great. Each room has its own bathroom, the beautiful olive garden with pool was enclosed all around with fence/wall and the location of the house was perfect for excursions or driving to the sea in a few minutes. A well-stocked supermarket is also within walking distance. House/kitchen is well equipped and the freezer is big enough for cashers ;-). Matea and her mom are totally nice and quick to reach if you need anything. We and the dogs felt very comfortable, thank you!

We had a great time in poreč! The apartment is very cute and directly located at the sea (city beach) and the old town! There are many restaurants near! It was great, and we would return any time :)

We rented TIA apartment. There were two of us. Perfect for 2. There are several properties in Karin's house but everyone has their own peace of mind. Very clean apartment, very well equipped in the kitchen. Karin provides cleaning products and condiments. Air conditioning works very well. There is a friendly and quiet terrace. House is about 15 min walk from the hyper tourist center of the port of ROVINJ. Delighted with our rental: we'll be back with pleasure.
