Relax in private luxury with a fantastic teak hot tub and award winning luxury swimming pool just feet from your door. Fitted with remote controlled privacy blinds which can be fully or partially openen. Underfloor heating is also fitted. This area is completely private and not shared with other guests.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this caravan. There’s a swimming pool, 10 minutes walk to the beach and arcades. Bakery, fish and chips, pubs. On site arcade, evening entertainment with bar and restaurant and more. You will need passes from reception for the pool (this is by booking your time slot) and for buying food/drinks and bingo cards etc from the bar. This is an extra cost Please note the caravan is on the quiet side of the park about a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse

Cottage completely self-contained, attached to a Grade II* listed country house, set in 46 acres of private grounds. Beautiful, tranquil parkland setting, originally designed by Sir Humphrey Repton, with ongoing improvements. The Outdoor Heated Pool (April- October inclusive) and Hot Tub (all year) are situated in a sheltered tropical garden, with a Pool House. There is an outdoor hard tennis court. Beautiful lakes, gardens, countryside and wildlife.

Relaxing pool house

Beautiful and relaxing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool house, with loads of charm. Very cozy living room overlooking the sparkling communal swimming pool. The swimming pool is open and heated from May 1st to September 30th. The swimming pool remains open for guests without heating until October 15th. The Farm offers a tennis court and trampoline. Unfortunately, we do not allow visitors to guests for security reasons, only booked guests allowed on site
