Holiday houses in Épinay-sur-Duclair

No other word than: fantastic! This place has a great view of the sea, it's so nice to wake up this way! 5-10 min walk to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, ...) and the waterfront. Be careful it climbs! But it's the small price to pay to have such a beautiful view! The apartment is perfectly equipped, perfect for a weekend with friends and family! Thank you to Magda for the welcome, great communication:) I recommend a thousand percent!

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful location and the space was perfect to relax and unwind surrounded by lovely gardens. Annabelle was a wonderful host, so welcoming, helpful and kind. We slept so well in the cosy beds, and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. We certainly hope we can visit again.

Beautiful chalet with lots of charm. The living rooms are very nice, the bedrooms very comfortable (very good bedding). The chalet is really well equipped (kitchen , equipment, linen, baby child equipment, etc.) . The ping pong table served us well too! And the garden is really very pretty! (we were in winter, we imagine it was superb in the beautiful season!) We received the instructions for the listing very quickly and in detail. Fabienne and Christophe were really accommodating for check-in and check-out times which allowed us to enjoy our weekend. And following a technical incident, Christophe was very responsive in helping us "by the minute"! Thank you! We recommend!

11 quiet days in the second half of September in the cottage of Corinne - and every day was special - be it city, museum and memorial visits, hikes along the coast and in the inland, a magnificent landscape, picturesque coastal towns, French/Norman gastronomy and again and again the sea, always different... reading and undisturbed night's rest--- this place and the attentive and attentive hostess nearby have been completely comfortable with us. Thank you Corinne!

Superb apartment.

The location of Celine's apartment is really ideal. A sea-side entrance provides direct access to the harbor and the beach. Another entrance to the back of the parking lot leads to the city. Every morning a fisherman sells his fishing of the day at our feet! Everything is easy to get to. Everything is done on foot. What happiness! Saint Valéry en Caux has much less crowds than Veules les Roses which is not far away, so you can walk quietly and without a crowd. If you are looking for calm it is ideal. The apartment is clean and functional. The residence is peaceful , and the views are exceptional. Celine is very kind and always responded quickly to our requests. We would highly recommend this little gem!

Very nice bright and quiet apartment with a very appreciated design touch. It is a 5-minute walk to the city center (market, shops and restaurants). Elise hosted us very kindly. A bottle of Normandy cider was waiting for us in the fridge. Etretat is 10 minutes by car and the village of Veules-les-Roses (20 minutes by car) is a must-see as it is very charming. In short, it was a very pleasant stay!

Incredible stay with 3 small children. I would highly recommend it. I also made a vlog on my YouTube channel which is Naomie which will be released in 3 weeks. Otherwise, no complaints, everything is perfect and the hospitality also. We highly recommend it. We will come back soon without hesitation.
