Extremely clean, flawless house. Only compliments, nothing to complain about. Pool is otima, super quiet neighborhood. Were marvellous days, I intend to return at another time.

We made a great stay, the house is close to markets, pharmacy and easy access to the other beaches. Ubatuba beach has a great stretch of sand and is clean. The house is not a foot in the sand but within a few minutes walk it is possible to reach the beach. The house is according to the listing and Anelise has answered us promptly in everything we request.

Excellent stay. The house was very clean and well maintained, common living/ kitchen space even larger than the photos appear. New and comfortable beds with clean linens. The neighborhood in which the house is located is quite quiet, the beach is clean and little bustling, far from the large agglomerations of other regions of the city, but it has nearby restaurants, markets and bakeries. The house has parasol, beach chairs and thermal box, which makes it much easier because it is a region where there is no parasol rental on the beach and there are few vendors because it is less crowded beach. Elton is a very proactive host and willing to resolve complications. I recommend the reservation!

The house is great! Very spacious and very good for family time. The place is actually very quiet, which allows rest and it was great for us who traveled with baby. All 4 bedrooms have working air conditioning, which was essential as it was very hot. The house was very clean. Just as a suggestion, I would need a fan or air in the living room. We do not take because we do not have any 220v. important to know that you have to carry, bedding, bath linen, pillows, dish cloth (there were only 2, which was little for us). Some little things like floor cloth, clips to extend clothing and phosphor for the stove (which does not automatically light) could be available, as this does not take. But it's just small details, which show that the house didn't have any relevant issues. We recommend it.

Hosts helped us in everything, helpful, communicative, wonderful people! The apartment was extremely clean, the location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, it sells enough that we hardly even use the air conditioning. Rooms are spacious, I liked it more personally than for a photo. The hosts live in the house below, which made it all easier, helped me with everything. Me and my family stayed for 1 week and loved!

I felt very comfortable at home, the house very spacious and luxurious. We loved each space we went with our 3 girls. The beach that is left on foot is very quiet and safe, it has an incredible view. Although it is 15 minutes from downtown, there are shops nearby for everything you need. The point to improve is the refrigerator which already closes the doors well. Very friendly hosts

Excellent house and accommodates 12 people comfortably, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room of the main house, there are 2 blocks from the beach and approximately 30 minutes from the center of Itapoá, great for those who want to suce and relax. The kitchen is complete and has 1 freezer and 2 refrigerators, there was no shortage of water on the holiday of the turn and super clean pool and house, all very organized. Host sends all necessary recommendations for a good stay, such as wifi password and how to keep the pool clean. I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back one day!
