Holiday houses in Engomer

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in France staying with Dominique and Patrick. Such a peaceful and picturesque setting with comical geese and normal farming life carrying on around us. We feel lucky to find the house- we went home completely rested.

Thierry and Carole were very friendly, attentive to us, and always responded very quickly. The house had everything we needed, we didn't miss anything. The house and setting are very nice, we recommend it 100%.

The location is in a beautiful area, lots of hiking and fresh air and running water. The house was spacious, kitchen a bit small but workable. The place was clean and stocked with all you need- maybe bring more dish soap if you plan on cooking home a lot like we did. Upstairs main bath the shower door doesn’t close completely so be careful with water escaping out. Nice hosts, helpful and knowledgeable. Be careful with directions because the address isn’t clear- but there’s a link there that says “how to get here” - use that for gps once you’re in town. Great stay!

We were very warmly welcomed by Béatrice and immediately felt comfortable. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the wine and the vegetable basket! Since we speak only a little French, she immediately organized a translator into English. Béatrice's house is very quietly located at foot of the Pyrenees on a large property with a nice pool. Unfortunately, the weather was very changeable and we could only use it once. The house is fully equipped and corresponds entirely to the description. Since the nearest shops are about 10 km away, a mobile base is necessary. Béatrice and her companion gave us good tips for activities and restaurants nearby. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend the accommodation.

We loved our stay: the house is very nice, spacious, very well organized, with a very nice decor. We were even able to have breakfasts on the terrace in the sun, with a beautiful view. The area is very quiet with opportunities for short hikes all around. The area has a lot of attractions. The welcome booklet and the owners' advice were valuable to us. We highly recommend this rental!

A fantastic stay. It is a super cozy and spacious house. Good for friends or family. Communication with Reis and Rosa was super smooth and quick. Also, if they do not know Garós, it is a town with a lot of charm and with several high-level restaurants. I would return to the same house next year.

We had a great stay, really good space with everything we needed and very short drive to ski slopes.
