Holiday rentals with a patio in Englewood

Absolutely perfect. The private beach access was our favorite. Very private beach. I walked down around 6:30am for sunrise and had the entire beach to myself. Sunset is stunning. The neighbors were friendly and helped me find shark teeth. I highly recommend brining goggles and stuff to put shark teeth in. There are so many pretty shells too.

The home is amazing. Super clean, completely updated. Spacious yet cozy! Games, books, and pool toys. Multiple seating areas. We would love to come back!

This is a beautiful place to stay to unwind and enjoy the gulf coast. Mitch was a tremendous host, very responsive, respectful and kind. We will definitely stay here again.

We needed to stay a few extra hours and Judnie was very accommodating at last minute.

What a little Gem tucked away so close to all the fun. Beautifully remodeled and spacious. Screened in front porch with privacy from everything.

David and Natalie were awesome, loved their place, updated, comfortable and very clean. The area has much less traffic then Sarasota and Tampa so driving the area was much less stressful. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying with David and Natalie again. Cheers Chris and Susan

Awesome price per night and the host was more than accommodating to me. Instant booked the airbnb and showed up a couple hours later to a very clean place. The host even went as far as putting on some mood lighting and a a very cozy fall wallpaper on the tv was some welcoming music. Awesome place for a nights getaway

The house was very nice and clean. Joe was extremely responsive to any communication. Minor issues with the electronic lock but it was handled quickly. Make sure to bring your own water / coffee etc. That was one thing that would have been nice but certainly not a problem. We did not cook on our short trip but it looked like the necessary items were there. Overall, great experience, and the hosts are super nice and accommodating.

Very comfortable home. Stay was a month and everything was just great with Christopher immediate response, on anything.. we established a great rapport. The home is situated in a nice neighborhood. I got to know a lot of neighbors around. I actually spent Thanksgiving with a few folks that also invited to Christmas eve celebration with folks from multiple houses just a great community. A great home. Christopher is a host perfect.

Perfect the house to spend wonderful days with your family,excellent place,the house we loved,clean,comfortable and with all the necessary things,the hostess left all instructions, we would definitely come back again.

Great location. Nice neighborhood to walk our dog. The house is set up very nicely with everything you need right there.

We had moved from out of state and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while we waited to close on the purchase of our house . The house was a perfect size for us. My husband had no problems with WiFi as he needed to work . The house met all our expectations, we enjoyed having our meals on the lanai at night and using the pool in the evening and watching the sunset while in the pool . It was brutally hot while we were there so most of our time was spent indoors. Everything was clean and comfortable . This is a silly aside but the ice maker was the bomb ! Always producing ice which we used alot of because it was so hot . The washer and dryer worked amazing as well . Charles was quick to respond to questions . We enjoyed getting to know the area and frequenting the nearby restaurants and enjoyed a sunset at Port Charlotte Beach Park . Nice stay all around .

We loved this newly remodeled home. It is located in a great neighborhood and close to everything we needed. The interior and exterior living spaces were inviting and comfortable. We really appreciated that they had everything we needed for our trips to the beach and time by the pool. Lizney was quick to respond and a great host.

Place is just as described. Very homey, has everything you need, and the amenities of the outdoor space are invaluable to a winter-time stay. Will return. TY

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

Lovely condo with a great view of the marina ! Clean, comfortable, kitchen well equipped, close to a nice restaurant ! Everything you would need for a wonderful trip! Amy was a great hostess, friendly, and helpful!

Attila was a great host, we asked for a bbq grill and he provided for us when we arrived. We loved the location of the house, walking distance to a beautiful beach, everything was just perfect!! Truely recomend and hopefully we can come back some day soon.

this place is such a cute stay!! the place is exactly like the pictures posted. a great location for good restaurants and things to do within reasonable driving distance. francesco is a great host and responsive.

If you’re looking for a super quiet, well-appointed place with a top-notch pool area (and friendly building residents to chat with while sunning), this is the place for you. A bit far from the shops, so you’ll need a car to run errands. But if you’re just down for relaxing, this is it!

Great unit in a 4 unit building. Views of the local water and boat docks out front. Beach literally a few minute walk across the street. Great beach for shelling. Very clean and new condo. Everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen. Bar next door is walkable. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Beautiful condo with amazing view. The screened in lanai is the perfect spot to relax. The place is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous. Well equipped kitchen which made cooking easy. Pool looks beautiful and clubhouse has pool table, ping pong, and small workout room. Just be aware that the TV only works with streaming services (no cable, no channels) and if you are not from the USA you can’t sign up for anything. Everyone was super friendly in the complex and it was very quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again.

My parents and I stayed at Dan's for a week while visiting family and we absolutely loved our stay. Dan was an incredible host, extremely communicative, and made us feel right at home. My parents will both be retired next year and they already booked a longer stay in 2026. The studio was spotless and had all the amenities you would need. The area is quiet and peaceful. The covered patio is steps from the bay, there is lots of wildlife to see and it's close to Casey Key, Nokomis, and Venice. We could not speak more highly of our stay. It was beautiful, relaxing, comfortable, and fun. We would recommend Dan's place to anyone!
