The place is beautiful, cozy, wooded and with many plants, which brings us tranquility. Location is great! The condominium staff are very attentive and kind. All very clean and organized. Close to the beach. The host is very educational, attentive and kind. Always on standby. I recommend the place to everyone.

Wonderful house, super complete, with a perfect view! The house is in the middle of nature closer to the beach, 2 minutes by car at most, there is no noise, everything very good ! All guests loved

Glenda's home is absolutley beautiful, I felt very comfortable there. She was very easy to work with, responsive/communicative, and the key box entry made coming & going effortless. One of the reasons I chose the place was for the hottub, but in the end it was too hot & I got too sunburnt to use it - but I didn't feel I missed anything. The two hammocks - one indoors by the glass walls downstairs, and the other upstairs on the balcony - were perfect compliments, the surrounding land & gardens are beautiful, and the private river access is refreshing. The location is nice and a bit out of the way of the busy city, up in the hills - but for me it would've been too far to walk. Luckily I was able to find a place to rent an electric motorbike, without that I probably would've stayed much closer to home the whole time (which would still be nice, but tricky for food, etc). There was construction and a lot of workers & noise next door a couple of the days, which was unexpected. Obrigado!

Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

It was wonderful from start to finish. They are great hosts, organized, clean, very beautiful and cozy smelling home. Wonderful location, quiet location, and close to the beach, little hiking time. My 3-year-old daughter loved, had plenty of places to have fun, outdoor and heated pool, park, and kids space. We were amazed at the care of hosts with all the details of our stay, from check-in to the end. Such sympathy. We are grateful for everything! We hope to return soon.

Home is exactly as in the listing photos, the past instructions are very clear. The housekeeper, Claudenir, responds quickly and is super solicitous, kind and polite. The house had trimmed grass, clean pool, well-equipped clean house and straightened. We went with our little dogs who loved the space with grass, the house is tightly closed so there is no danger of escape. It is about 600m from the beach of Pauba which in a few days looked like a swimming pool, but in the first one it was more angry, it is a very quiet beach of movement, very familiar. We will definitely return.

Lucilia helped us well, we arrived just before the check in, but as soon as the house became available she warned us. The house was spotless, very clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house has many fans. We loved it all, we were very welcome.

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Excellent stay, we stayed for 14 days and rested a lot, we went a lot on the beach, we enjoyed the house and its artistic and natural beauty. Excellent lodging.

The house is fantastic!! Since the reservation, the owner Teresa was very solicitous, cordial and super willing to make our stay very welcoming. We were welcomed by Lúcia, the housekeeper of the house, attentive and very helpful. It made our Christmas Supper and it was tasty. The house is large, well wooded ,complete with household items and has a nice swimming pool. Super recommend! And the beaches are close. It was very worth it!

We stayed at The House, super complete space, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with all items of everyday life, service area and barbecue area. Extremely quiet place, 2 minutes away from markets, shops (walking). Farther ahead of gas station, bars and the beach. The space is beautiful, spotless. Helena super attentive.

The place is stunning, house facing the sea very well organized and clean, very quiet environment, perfect for resting. Swimming pool and nearby grills, several utensils available. The beach is very quiet and not very busy. The host, Rodrigo, always at your disposal. We very much like the stay and we will certainly return at other times.

Leda has been from the beginning very kind, proactive, very soliciting and very dear. The apartment met our expectations in everything, all clean, organized and of high quality. The perfect location, very quiet, with surroundings full of things to do, the wonderful pool, the spectacular view of the Waterfall. The atmosphere is great for resting and enjoying nature. We love the stay and will come back whenever possible. We totally recommend it.

My family and I have absolutely nothing negative to talk about the house! We were super well accommodated, the house is spectacular, excellent location. We don't have to take the car out once at night, as the best restaurants are in the area. We would like to emphasize how well Rose Zé welcomed us, with a lot of education and sympathy! They take care of the home and well-being of guests with such affection. Amamos spend the week at the house, and we definitely intend to go back. And we thank Rafael, for always responding with agility, very proactive!
