Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Encarnação

Guiomar was very responsive to my messages. The house is close to many, many excellent restaurants and a couple minutes walk to the beach. Also, it's in easy walking distance of a major supermarket and the train station. The place, including the kitchen, is well equipped for a large group. It well-facilitated our multi-generational family vacation. The light and view from the top floor and patio are lovely, I enjoyed the sunrises. My grandchildren enjoyed the winter ferris wheel overlooking the sea and the merry-go-round in the park.

We had a very smooth communication with Beatriz and had a very good time at this place. For people going to Baleal for surfing, it is amazing as you have different spots in walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and the communication with Beatriz was very friendly, even though we faced some language barriers to properly communicate in person. In writing, Beatriz was extremely fast to respond and we were able to plan a flexible arrival relatively spontaneously.

Barbara was very helpfull and it was a pleasure to stay at her place, would recommend to anyone. Cheers!

Nice apartment close to the ocean with the nice terrace and ocean view

We had a wonderful time! Very cute little cottage, with beautiful pool area and Elmien and her husband were the most welcoming and helpful hosts!

We really enjoyed the time at Winfried's place, the location is outstanding, Lisbon just a stone's throw away. Wilfried was very helpful and the house meets the description exactly. We will be happy to come back!

Lia's place is a tiny apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment is part of her house. There are a lot of common areas available for guests to use. I really liked sitting on veranda. The apartment is decorated with great taste. All appliances worked for me. I cooked there about 1 meal every second day. Lia was kind to provide me with a large sauce pan so that I can make my favorite soup.

The place is cute and cozy Igor was always quick to respond On the last day we had an inconvenience with our vehicle , he stayed with us and helped us figure it out 10 points

The location of the apartment is excellent. The apartment is not large, but it serves well for two people and has a nice patio with table and chairs, where we could taste a wine at night. Joaquim was an excellent host!

Fabulous terrace to relax and chill in. Loved it! The apartment was cozy and comfortable and felt homely and secure. Great a/c and towel warmer, and filled all my needs. Location wise, close enough to downtown. In fact very central in Lisbon . It is not far from bus stops, supermarket just below and around the back, and also cheap to travel by Bolt. I would highly recommend this listing, and would be very happy to return.

Sofia and Diana were outstanding hosts, I can't thank them enough for providing a wonderful place to stay. instructions were clear, apartment was gorgeous and the two of them answered any questions I had right away. Being from the United States, and coming to Portugal for the first time they made the entire process so easy so I could just enjoy my time in Portugal. Highly recommend.

It was lovely decorated and we really love the Rooftop! We had a really nice stay.

Inês was very responsive. I arrived in Lisbon early in the morning, but there was no one from the previous night, so I was able to check in at noon, which was very appreciated. They provided us with welcome drinks and cheese.They gave us some tips on good and cheap restaurants nearby.Extremely helpful.I was able to walk almost to sightseeing in a convenient place to get anywhere.The facilities were beautiful and perfect.There was a nice terrace, but I was very disappointed that I couldn't use it because of the rain every day.I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Lisbon.

We felt very good in the apartment, everything was perfectly clean and smelling. Communication with Lucinda was always good, fast and proactive on her part. Very easy to feel at home here. We will return with pleasure!

This is a fantastic modern apartment in a very well located neighborhood, which is equipped and furnished in style. Excellent communication with the hosts, who are always available. We would return anytime for a few days or a longer stay.

Rose was extremely responsive and helpful. The shower/bathroom was clean and spacious. The balcony and pool were the highlights of our stay. There are cafes and supermarkets within walking distance of the place and has everything you could need for your stay. Uber and bolt are super cheap to get to places around the city also. Loved our stay and would come back again in the future

Catarina was extremely helpful and kind and detailed all the check-in instructions. She offered earlier check-in (we didn't need it, but still) and when we asked to stay in the flat longer on the last day before departure - she kindly agreed. The flat doesn’t have a kitchen, but it’s clearly stated in the description, so I cannot attribute it as a disadvantages. Great view from the balcony, very beautiful surroundings.

the pictures do not live up to the place, much more beautiful and cozy than the pictures show, this is close to everything. The view is the surroundings are very beautiful, Marcela was very patient and attentive.

Very nice place with everything needed. Close proximity to downtown Ericeira and grocery stores. Nice view from the top floor.
