This was such a romantic spot to stay. The inside was perfectly as pictured, the bed was so comfy and the outside view was surreal!!! We enjoyed every minute and will come back!!! Excellent location, close to everything but remote enough to be private.

5 stars all around. Great host and home. We so enjoyed our stay at Troy's ranch house in Sandy. Perfect ski house with easy access to Snowbird and Alta. Troy was amazingly helpful and responsive. And there were so many hospitality touches - from coffee pods and many kitchen comfort extras (well appointed dishes and cookware as well as little touches like foil and olive oil and spices). We highly recommend this home!

This condo was great for a group of 7 skiers. There are 4 bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bathroom. The family room has a big couch/TV and there's a jacuzzi out back. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals. If you're skiing and don't have a car you'll be a 10-minute walk to the Park & Ride along the 972 ski bus route. The only problem is that this is the last stop and the bus can be completely full on weekends or powder days. You'll likely need to find another way up the mountain if you're trying to take the ski bus on a powder day. I'm only giving location 4 stars because there isn't a ton to do within walking distance. Mainly a few restaurants and a 7-11 to pick up any essentials. For everything else you'll need to either deliver or Uber if you don't have a car. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and most importantly responded very quickly to any requests. All in all, we couldn't ask for much more and would definitely stay here again.

We were in a group of 5 guys, it was supposed to be 7 guys and a girl, but last minute 3 of them couldn’t come, anyway, it would be fine we 12 of us were there, for just 5 men it was a mansion, the perfect location for a snowboarding trip, like we have every winter, this was the best house hands down we ever stayed, we will be back for sure. Mike is a SUPER HOST! Thank you Mike.

Exactly as described. Great location with easy access to ski resorts, grocery stores, ski rentals. Indoor, assigned parking is a HUGE plus. Well-stocked kitchen. Bath linens super fluffy (always nice to have seemingly new towels!) Comfortable. Proactive communication. We plan to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect - close to the slopes and easy to get to. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing ski trip. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base for their ski adventures in the Cottonwoods area.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Girish’s place and found her to be a responsive and helpful host. The location is convenient if you are skiing Park City Canyons village and there is a lift within walking distance. There is also a shuttle stop close by. Because of the strike, we ended skiing at Deer Valley which was only about 15 minutes drive further up the mountain. The skiing was incredible and we highly recommend. Girish was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction to get information with regard to the strike and ski planning. The house itself was extremely cosy and well appointed. We felt right at home straight away. There were sleds in the garage which our children eagerly used right away. The house was warm and the beds comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect after a day outdoors. There were basic cooking ingredients and a well appointed kitchen which was lovely for cooking at home. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful townhome with a garage as well as street parking available. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, and we enjoyed walking our dog on the quiet loop in front of the home. Perfect central location for visiting SLC area!

Really cute and quaint spot right in the heart of downtown Park City! I loved the full kitchen with plenty of utensils. I was there on the weekend and it was a little noisy late night, but not anything that would prevent me from booking again.

Graham was so easy to work with and was a great communicator. We were gathering as a family to celebrate Christmas. I asked Graham if he could find a Christmas tree for us because the place, we rented last year didn't have one and wasn't very festive. He was very accommodating and found a small tree for us. I really appreciated his attention to detail. His attention to detail was evident in many other ways. This was the absolutely best equipped short-term rental I've ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. I was so pleased to find sharp knifes and high-end pots and pans because we were having our holiday meal there. There were ample supplies of sheets, towels and other necessities. I would say that the way the house was equipped made us really feel at home, more like we were staying at a friend's home. Check in and check out were very easy. Thanks for all of you help and attention to detail. I highly recommend the Tree House.
