Waterfront holiday rentals in Emerald Isle

Melinda was a very nice and responsive host, I enjoyed my stay and the view was exactly as pictured! The house was extremely clean and finding the home wasn’t hard following Melinda’s instructions.

Bob gave us great recommendations for everything to do while in Wilmington. We have been to this area a few times over the last three years, however this time we went to new restaurants and sightseeing which were all walkable from this central location. We only used our rental car three times over the course of four days. Two of those times were to get to and from ILM airport. The sunsets were not to miss from the balcony and Bob’s hospitality was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful getaway and visit with our daughter.

LOVED IT!! Perfect spot for privacy and relaxation, yet close enough to everything you need. Large window in the bedroom along with a door that leads onto the balcony gives access to the sound of ocean waves crashing 24/7. The table and chairs on the balcony are tall so you can see over the railing to watch the dolphins playing—- so close you feel like you could touch them. I’ve never seen so many dolphins before. That was such a treat everyday. Owner of the condo is generous and flexible and wants you feel at home in her space. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

Great spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. Right on the river walk and within walking distance of plenty of shops and places to eat!

My cousin and I had a stay-cation to get away from the flow of day to day life. We had a great time and I know we were a bit noisy one of the nights dancing listening to music. Chris and Andi were very understandable. The place was beautiful and spacious for just the two of us. Perfect for a last minute weekend getaway.

Only issue we had, guys are avid fisherman, due to low tides and timing of such, we could not dock our boat at the house. Thankfully boat launch was 2 minutes down the road so it didn’t interfere with them fishing😊. Besides that perfect vacation, beautiful water, scenery, islands to tour and very relaxing time in the evenings😊

We loved our stay! The house is very clean and super cute inside! Plenty of space and a cool layout. We stayed here so we could bring our dogs and the house had a dog bed, bowls, and toys! The kitchen was stocked and nice to have coffee available! The beds feel hard at first, but are memory foam so the longer you lay there the more it conforms to your body, very comfortable! Perfect for a family or friends both! We would stay here again when we come back to NC!

The communication with Gregory was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host via a phone call. The space was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Gregory's property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

My recent stay at the Regency that exceeded our expectations! The property was exactly as described, with cozy decor and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, which allowed for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. However, there was one drawback that I feel is worth mentioning: the cleaning fees. While I understand that cleaning fees are standard, I was surprised to find that, despite paying a significant amount for cleaning, guests were still asked to load the dishwasher and start a load of laundry before checking out. This felt a bit contradictory, and it made me question the value of the cleaning fee itself. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

This property is a dream! The waterfront view is absolutely amazing. There are 4 different porches to choose from and that's where we spent most of our time at the house - either taking in the views on the waterfront side or people watching on the street side. The layout of the house would allow for larger family trips where everyone would still have their own space and still have the common areas to hang out together. Quick walk to the beach access and walkable to the boardwalk area. Most comfortable beds we have ever had at an AirBNB.

Tara's place is great! Perfect location, easy to navigate and parking included near by. Tara was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Wonderful place to home base as you explore the area

We have already recommended MK's place to some others - however, we did warn them that the unit was up 34 stairs! There was nothing in the property description to indicate that and for a couple of 73 year olds the climb with all our stuff was too much. Thankfully we had our young strong kids along! We always appreciate being able to bring our dog along, and he, along with the rest of us, totally enjoyed the 2 private balconies. The ac was plenty cold, the dryer not so hot. Beds comfortable, covered parking a plus, and we all enjoyed the pool. Location was the best, able to walk to every place, and that made it worth the 34 stair climb. Highly recommend Hang Ten Grill for huge salads and best wings ever, Salt Fish for yummy cocktails and deliciously unique entrees ( make a reservation), the Fat Pelican for a fun experience. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

This is home away from home. We tried another place a few months ago. It was not the same. We will only stay at this condo. See you again in the near future.

Had stayed at this spot (the exact room, actually) before when I came down to Wilmington 2 years ago and when I was bringing my husband with me for my Master’s graduation, I was adamant we stay here! It’s clean, close to everything, and host is responsive and friendly! Great stay, overall!

Seeing the sunrise and sunset with the battleship is really nice. The place is so cozy and the basic necessities are complete. Aaron was friendly and very responsive, will definitely stay here again.

Mike was very responsive and proactive with check-in instructions and directions. Great view of the river and USS NC. Walkable to anywhere downtown. Off-site parking was very manageable. Condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay for my cousin's weekend wedding. Corey's place was a block from the venue with so many great shops, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. The condo itself was the perfect size for the two of us with all the listed amenities, an excellent view of the river, and even a lovely gifted bottle of wine. The check-in process has several steps, especially with a car to park in the garage a block away, but the instructions Corey sent proactively were SUPER detailed and easy to follow. We had no trouble at all. Highly recommend.

We loved Jody’s place!! Everything was very comfortable and clean! The view, especially during sunset, was our favorite part.
