Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ellicottville

Katie’s place was great! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Plenty of space and walkable to the village. Katie was also very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

House Clarke was perfect for our family’s stay. The house is much bigger than it looks or is described and lots of room for us to spread out. Great location to both walk downtown but also get away from the noise. The owner is super responsive and helpful and never kept us waiting on a thing. Very gracious host.

The place was enjoyable to stay with the beautiful scenery and the house was clean and enchanting. The front right burner of the stove didn’t heat up. The owner was always responsive and kind.

We would definitely rent this home again. Everything was clean, cozy, and well laid out. Plenty of space for our group of 10 to gather for games or watch a movie together in the family room. We skied and tubed on this vacation and both were less than a 10 min drive from the house. We could walk to town in less than 10 min all on sidewalks off the street. Hosts were very responsive and kind. Instructions were thorough and easy to follow.

Price is affordable. Everything was very clean. Instructions for the stay was straight to the point and easy. The house was very accommodating. If I had to give one suggestion it would be to have more comfortable beds.

This is a lovely place to stay while you ski at Holiday Valley. Very close to the lodge and sleeps a ton of people.

Jody’s place was an amazing stay for my family and I. We rented the place for a short family ski trip for my son’s birthday. The hot tub was a big hit and there was enough room for everyone to hang out and have their own space to relax. Jody was attentive and made sure we got into the place easily. The fireplace was well stocked with wood and was a cozy addition to the home. Pros: Hot tub, Spacious common areas, quality of the interior, lots of seating and extra sleeping space. Cons: Water Pressure, Fireplace heat creates the top bedroom to be very hot while a fire is going. We fixed that by opening a window to be comfortable to sleep at night. We would love to spend time again at this property for a ski trip. Everything was accessible within 5 minutes making it very convenient to pick up family and take food breaks at the cabin. Thanks to Jody for being a great host!

Great place to stay for a hunting weekend

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions, skiing and restaurants. The space had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Got lucky and found this gem of a location. 20 minute walk from the center of ellicotville. Molly was super responsive and very kind. Would gladly stay there again in the future.

Clean place close to the slopes and about a 10min walk to downtown!

Great place. Very clean. Nice hosts. Great for a quick stay. Though, Beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. Overall it was still a great stay and I’d still give it 5 stars. I personally wouldn’t stay long term due to the beds, but it was a great spot and price for one night!

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

Cozy, clean, and perfect for a week or weekend ski trip. Our family of 5 had a nice stay at this rental. Ski in/ ski out to Holiday Valley Ski Resort. Would highly recommend it!

The property is exactly as described…working farm house on beautiful and quiet property. Deer, fox, turkeys, pheasant, cattle and bulls, fishing, kayaking…rolling hills and beautiful farmland. We couldn’t have found a better place…20 minutes from town and skiing/mountain biking, yet still quiet and secluded. Away from the hustle and bustle…We are traditionally city folk but this couldn’t be more perfect. If you want quick carry out, loud bars and fast food…this isn’t the place. We couldn’t have been happier with this property. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, welcoming and helpful. If you want peace, tranquility, and a beautiful farm house, this is your place. We are in construction and travel extensively…this has been our favorite hands down!

The place is wonderful with a log cabin feel. It is very clean and comfortable to stay. A major plus is that this cabin is only 8 mins to Holiday Valley Ski Resort and Ellicottville. From the cabin back deck, you can see all the friendly wildlife roaming along the creek. I would go back to this place again. The host is friendly and responsive.

Great little place for a weekend getaway. Cabin had everything you’d need, in a nice peaceful, remote location. Would recommend especially for a quick ski trip!

It was such a comfortable environment and was the perfect getaway for a small girl’s weekend! The kitchen was amazing for all of our meals and the living room was great for relaxing along with lots of laughs!

The cabin was perfect for our needs. Rustic and modern at the same time. Nicely appointed with all the necessities, including a washer/dryer that came in handy after some unexpected action in the glades at Holiday Valley. Roku TV made it easy to stream music or watch movies. Comfortable beds led to restful sleep, and the gas fireplace kept us cozy. Tim was very responsive and easy to communicate with from booking through checkout. He made sure the parking area was clearly marked and plowed, and the path to the cabin was shoveled for easy access. More window coverings and a water filter would be welcome additions, but it was simple to get gallons of purified water from the grocery in Ellicottville for only $1.49/ea. We had a great experience and plan to stay here again. Already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay!! The place was even nicer than we expected and really enjoyed the pool table & arcade games and open layout! It was a short drive to the ski hill and town, we would definitely book again!

This was an absolutely beautiful mountain lodge home just about a 10 minute drive from the “main” town of Ellicotville. Elizabeth was very kind and clear with all of the instructions for check in/about the property in general. Our favorite part was how spacious this property was and the beautiful tall ceilings/high windows that made it a perfect “winder wonderland” cozy escape. We came for Holiday Valley, so this was an easy drive to there and the main restaurants, shops and entertainment. P.S. A 4 wheel drive, reliable car is a MUST for the winter. We got quite a bit of snow and it is very important for your safety, as this property is located on a hill. Wonderful place— highly recommend for family, friends, and anybody visiting the area!

We enjoyed staying at David’s place very much. The house was dated but clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for a big family. We enjoyed the game room very much. The pellet fireplace was a nice touch to make the room warm and cozy. Location was great as it was only 9 minutes drive to Ellicottville and 11 minutes to Holiday Valley. David was quick to respond to any problems. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great week with the snow we so much wanted for our New Years Holiday! Cabin was great and close to town! Rita always quickly responded when needed and was fast to provide anything we needed!
