Cabin holiday rentals in Elk Park

The area was so nice and the home was so cozy! Most definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed at!

We loved our stay at New Direction!! The hot tub was wonderful after our long hike, and we also really enjoyed the fire pit and just the peacefulness of it. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.

Super cute and cozy. Hot tub in the snow at night was so fun with the kids, we could see Orion and the Big and Little Dipper. Lots of fuzzy blankets and pillows, comfortable beds for everyone. Loved our stay. Would come back for another ski trip, 20 min from App Ski Mtn.

We had a wonderful weekend away as a family skiing. Very convenient location, 10min from Sugar Mountain ski resort. Very comfortable accommodation, felt private and in nature and we enjoyed the hot tub. Will be back!

This place was incredible! It was hard leaving this cabin. The cabin has a ton of character. We spent majority of our time by the fire pit and by the water. The time we spent here really allowed us to connect with nature and get some much needed relaxation. It was a pleasure to stay here. Also, the host was very friendly. Can’t wait to stay here again! Already making plans for another stay!

Matt's cabin was very nice and very clean. Cute, quiet, and a quick ride to Boone where you can find anything you need. The host gave clear instructions upon check-in. We will definitely be staying again, thanks Matt!

We loved this cabin. It was tucked away just enough for privacy, but still convenient to areas such as Banner Elk, Linville, Boone, Sugar Mountain, and Grandfather Mountain. It was very clean and well stocked with the simple things you don't think to bring. Hot tub was hot and clean and the view from it was amazing at sunset or sunrise. Also, a great view of the stars at night when all the lights are out. Overall, this was a great stay and would recommend.

Minutes away from the slopes of Sugar and Beech mountain, went to both had a blast. Being able to run the Airbnb for a breather and lunch was very convenient! Cabin was cool liked the upper level beds (watch your head waking up 🤣). Would stay again in the future snow seasons!

The cabin was perfect for a quick getaway in the mountains! Very private and secluded but very accessible and convenient to surrounding hiking trails. However, staying locked away in the cabin was also an extremely cozy option with the hot tub, fire pit and grilling/cooking options. Would highly recommend and will certainly look to return in the future!

The place was great! It's a super cute secluded cabin. Would definitely recommend having a 4x4 or AWD car during winter months

Beautiful location and lovely cabin! We were so thankful to our hosts for being able to accommodate us and allow us to visit our family for the holidays as WNC recovers from Helene. They were so kind and even left us cookies (+ treats for our pups)! <3

Absolutely fabulous getaway to the woods! It was peaceful, private and a great cozy cabin to “get away from it all!” The host provided lots of helpful information about the area and nearby hikes, as well as very clear instructions on how to find the cabin location. She was also very responsive when we had a couple questions during our stay. Highly recommend this gem in the Blue Ridge Mountains!

This is a wonderfully serene, quiet space set in the beautiful landscape of Black Mountain. Extremely convenient access to Downtown Black Mountain which was greatly appreciated with all the events in town. Very close to one of my favorite music venues made for the perfect experience for those of us who love the area for the music, as well as all of the other attractions. Elisha was proactive and very responsive in terms of communication. Check in was seamless and as described in the app. Definitely one to keep on your short list if you are a frequent visitor like me.

My daughter and I stayed at the cabin on a visit to see my son at Warren Wilson College. It was the perfect place, literally minutes from the college. The cabin is super cozy and comfortable. Great water pressure for showers, heating system kept the house toasty. It had more than enough space, awell equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. Check in and communication was easy and clear. Only a 10 min drive into Asheville to the West or Black Hills to the East. Momentos Coffee is just down the road and has delicious scones, breakfast sandwiches and one of the best latte's I've ever had. Next time we come back to the area we will definitely try to stay here again.

The place was as described and as depicted in the pictures, warm, cozy and small. I went there with my son to spend a night before taking off early for a ski day in a nearby ski resort. For that purpose, the place was great and inexpensive. We arrived late at night, barely interact with the hosts by text on arrival and took off early in the morning. I will go back to this place if I go skiing again to that area.

Comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked . Walkable to the ski slopes. We would stay there again.

Loved this cozy cabin! Easy walk to the ski resort, & coffee shop. Perfect size for our family of 3 adults and our fur baby. Cabin was super close to the ski resort and centrally located to every restaurant, coffee shop & store we had on our bucket list to visit in Beech Mountain. . The view & sound of the creek was an added bonus . The gated wrap around deck / porch was my fav part of the cabin. Check in was a breeze and hosts were super detailed with directions & instructions . Hosts had super clear communication and gave fantastic local recommendations. 10 out of 10 recommend & hoping to book again for next year’s trip!

Stayed here for a few days. It was perfectly comfortable accommodation for multiple nights, had all the amenities we needed, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again - and recommend the stay to my family and friends.

The cabin was beautiful! The area was beautiful! The creek out front is so peaceful. Saw several deer wandering around. The views from inside were perfect. We had such a great time at Lindsey's place. Clean and modern. Very comfortable. Can't wait to see what she's building higher up on the mountain. We will definitely be back.

This place was absolutely beautiful. I booked this place with the intention of providing my fiance and our friends a relaxing, beautiful, and peaceful vacation for his birthday and it was all of the above. Local areas are within 15-20 minute drives and full of amazing activities, restaurants, and sites to explore and see. We plan on making this a reoccurring place to stay at each year and maybe even each season for vacations. We really enjoyed everything about it. Neal was so responsive and helpful with all of our questions and made the stay easy and carefree! I recommend this for any small group who are looking for somewhere serene to stay while also having the option of several locations to enjoy a plethora of activities.
