This property was beautifully inviting with ample natural light and unique decor. It is homey and inviting with the pristine, modern luxury aspects of a hotel. The beds, pillows, throw blankets, and couches are comfortable. Various thoughtful touches made our stay convenient and even more enjoyable. There was plenty of space for our group. The kitchen has a massive fridge/freezer, double oven, and we all loved it. The open floor plan downstairs allows for great connectivity while have an adjacent space for privacy, if desired. Katie is hands down one of thee best Airbnb hosts I’ve encountered. She is kind, friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to help you. I look forward to booking with her again for another of our group’s retreats.

This house is fantastic! What a great get away we had. Great location, super clean, gorgeous decor, has everything you'll need. Very responsive and friendly host. Super easy check in/ check out. No lengthy check out procedures which is so appreciated. Great spot if traveling w pups. They loved the yard and also very walkable area. Walk the pups around surrounding streets, such friendly nice ppl here...walk to Cranberry's. Local store only a couple miles away. Lots of fun restaurants open year round. We loved our visit and will be back! Thank you Phil!

The space was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We enjoyed the using the landry shoot and washing machine. The beds were sleep-inducing, comparable to the feeling of being held up by the hands of friends and loved ones. There was a temperature disparity between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, but I’m sure with any effort we could’ve managed that. Overall, the house was a great value. Thank you, Kathy, for the fresh cookies, coffee supply, and overall good hospitality.

Awesome stay! Perfect for our 6 person family.

I’m originally from the villa nova neighborhood myself, grew up and raised in Saint Mary’s Ohio. I’ve now moved to NC and come up frequently to visit family back here, and Sharon’s place felt right at home. We absolutely loved our stay, and the place had more than you would ever need. We absolutely loved the kitchen and coffee bar set up, as well as the ice maker. They were very convenient. We hope to stay many times in the near future. Thank you so much for having us, and Sharon was an absolute pleasure to speak with and communicate with during our stay when we had questions. Our daughter especially enjoyed the toys and games provided in the kids room. We can’t wait to stay again when it’s warmer so that we can take advantage of the nice picnic table outside and park across the street. :) thanks again for listing this beautiful home.

The cottage was beautiful and everything the owners said it would be. Kristin was very helpful and we are looking forward to coming back.

Home is spacious, plenty of room for our group of 8, clean and comfortable. Simply beautiful! Had plenty of dishes, pots and pans and appliances if you stay in and cook like we did. We never left and were so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for sharing your home!

Family Traditions is way more beautiful than the pictures!!! Don was so responsive and accomodating. We had an absolute fabulous stay at this getaway! We highly recommend this spot for a friend/family/couple's getaway!
